It's absolutely gorgeous! Open and very full of light due to it being the end unit with windows on every side as well as the 10' ceiling. The local area is just beautiful as it sits next to the Westin Resort and the Tarpon Point Marina. The Tarpon Gardens' pools-2,hot tub,tennis courts and recreation facility are all situated in a most beautiful and desirable setting with walking trails,lush gardens with hugh Spanish Moss trees....a perfect setting for any vacationer or pictures for any bride and groom. The Westin offers a special setting for weddings as well, which is just gorgeous!

An outstanding property in the best area of Cape Coral
My wife and I spent three weeks at this outstanding condo residence on Tarpon Gardens Circle. Tarpon Gardens is within a larger development that includes an area of exclusive, single family homes and condos, the Westin Hotel, a marina and a few restaurants. There are ample places to walk or ride bicycles, sit and watch the boats, have a drink at the fire pit and watch the sunset - or do nothing but watch the birds from on the veranda of the condo.
The end unit, one of the larger units within the gated condo property, is located away from the main driveway overlooking the pond, making it very private but only a two minute walk to the spa area (sauna, hot tub, two pools, exercise room and community room) and a five minute walk to a restaurant. The spa and pool area is cleaned every day by full-time staff and during our stay was very quiet.
The condo unit is very well maintained and is a credit to its owners, the Cortese family. It includes an office, three bedrooms each with its own bath, a laundry room and an open concept kitchen, living, dining, family area. It is not an overstatement when I say the unit is spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. The beds have new linens. The internet and all the televisions worked. My wife liked the plates and bowls so much she bought a set on-line while we were at the condo. Pete Cortese was very responsive when we had questions.
The Pelican area of Cape Coral where the condo is located has two Publix markets, a bank, Post Office and other restaurants all within a five minute drive. There are more restaurants, shops, CVS, Walgreens, etc. less than 10 minutes away. Walmart and BJ's are about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cape Coral is a great place to spend some time. The Tarpon Gardens condos are one of the best places in Cape Coral and the Cortese property is one of the best within Tarpon Gardens. My wife and I have already made reservations for next year.
Property is directly adjacent to the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Tarpon Marina and 5 minutes from the Marina at Cape Harbour.
