Apartment located just blocks from the St Charles streetcar which made getting around very convenient. Apartment was wonderful. Be sure to try Coulus for breakfast! Great restaurant within walking distance. We plan to be back!

This was the perfect place to stay in New Orleans. Located near the garden district, this is a beautiful and non-touristy part of New Orleans. Just a few blocks from the St. Charles streetcar and blocks away from fantastic food and shopping on Magazine Street. My wife and I considered staying near the French Quarter and we are so grateful we chose to stay here instead. The property felt very private and was in immaculate condition. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer on site was wonderful. Big Easy Vacation Rentals manages the property and did a wonderful job. The app they recommend using is extremely useful and easy to navigate. We had no problems during our stay at all. If we come back to New Orleans we will definitely look to stay in this property again. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

For the past 30 days I have had the pleasure to reside at 1304 General Pershing Street. The location couldn't be better since you are walking distance to the best shops and restaurants on Magazine Street and St. Charles Avenue. A short and enjoyable trolley ride takes you to the French Quarters for more fun. The apartment is located on a quiet street in a fantastic 100 year old home with so much character. The bed and rest of the furniture was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need if you decide to stay home for a meal. Even the TV is set-up for Netflix, HULU and other channels to stream. You just can't get much better than 1304 General Pershing Street and gets my highest recommendation!
