About Owner/Property Manager
Hello everyone, I'm Alan and this is my tiny house, I'm a real estate broker in Loveland however I work in all of Larimer and Weld County. I live in the old part of Loveland with my 11 year old daughter, 4 year old mini labradoodle and 2 cats. I love Colorado having lived here most of my adult life, I moved from Sturgis, South Dakota when I was 18 years old and haven't ever considered living anywhere else. I try and gauge what level of involvement you would like from a host at the time you book. If you would rather be left alone to enjoy your stay and you're fully booked I can give you access to the home and communicate solely buy email or text. If you like meeting your host and getting restaurant recommendations and a feel for the area I, or my office manager Brooke or another tenant that lives nearby will meet you and chat at the time of check-in. I am always available if any questions or problems arise, please do not ever hesitate to get in touch with me for any reason at all.

This tiny house has it all! Quiet country type setting, clean and comfortable. The three of us fit comfortably. I will be back!
Quiet, clean, convenient location.
This tiny home is a great value! It is clean, safe, quiet, and close to everything in Loveland. It is located behind a house. Fully furnished, it is finished on the inside with blue stain pine. You definitely have to love climbing a ladder to get to the loft bed which has a very low ceiling but a great rooftop window to watch the clouds roll by in a moonlit evening. The bathroom is surprisingly roomy for a tiny house. I wish the hot water heater had been turned up a notch as I prefer very hot showers, but that's just my preference. You can't go wrong if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality stay!
Great things come in small packages
Really enjoyed our couple nights in the tiny house. It had everything we needed to make our stay a good one. (that shower!) Alan even told us where to eat in Loveland and we had a very enjoyable dinner. Look forward to being in the area again real soon!
Great little space!
See the tiny homes on tv and wonder what it’s like to live in one? Well, here you go! Perfect little space, larger-than-expected shower and bathroom, and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a couples get-away or for a private retreat. Thanks!!
Great little get away
The beds were not the most comfortable for a whole week, but aside from that we had a great stay in the tiny house!
A Simply Awesome and Amazing place to stay
This was great, so glad we decided to try out the tiny home! So cute and cozy with all the modern amenities you need. A Very relaxing and peaceful setting in the country but only minutes from the highway to get to all the cities and national parks. Alan the host was gracious, courteous and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning to the tiny home on our next visit to Colorado!
