View on the clyde
Fantastic appartment with views over the clyde. Nice wine and cookies when we arrived. Really good food at pub 1mile away. Great places to visit locally.
Perfect location for exploring the beautiful area of the Cowal Peninsular. Extremely well equipped kitchen with plenty utensils and pots and pans; great oven. It was great to have ample cleaning products and linen available too! Nice bottle of wine and shortbread as a welcome much appreciated.
You can travel by Citylink Bus or by train from Glasgow to the ferry terminals at Gourock. Argyll Ferries and Western Ferries both serve the Dunoon area and both ferry operators have passenger facilities.
Follow the M8 from Glasgow to Gourock where you can catch the Western Ferries Ferry to Dunoon. You can also drive via the A82, a very picturesque route past Loch Lomond and through the Argyll countryside. See the AA web site for a route planner.
Craigiemichael Coach House is 5.5 miles to the South of Dunoon on the outskirts of Innellan. Drive through Innelllan, past the village hall until you come to a grassed football area, toilets and car parking on the shore side of the road. The cottage is positioned opposite the double lamp post on the right hand corner of the car park. The name of the Coach House is on the front wall of the Coach House.
