Great location. Very dated house that really needs to be freshened up.

We have stayed on Ocean Blvd. many times over the years, but this was the first (and probably last) time bringing the dogs. While we didn't expect the house to be up to the standards that we are used to, it still was a dissappointment to the whole family. While for the most part it was clean, it was so dated that it felt dirty. But if location is of primary importance, the house is hard to beat.

Great location.

My extended family traveled to SC for a family wedding recently and we choose this house based on size and location. We gave stayed at many different locations s on IOP over the years. I would say this property is one of the best. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. We did not spend much time at the house due to activities. It is definitely a beach home. Was very clean. It is within walking distance to town and direct beach access across the street. As a bonus we could sit on the deck and watch the ocean and sunrise with a mostly unobstructed view.

Home served our purposes well. It was a last minute change due to unforeseen circumstances with property we had originally rented. Great home for large group of friends. Lots of options with the number of bedrooms and baths. Kitchen well stocked, but small oven a little bit of a challenge. View of ocean a nice bonus. Beds have seen better days, but ok.
