About the property

House, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, Sleeps 4

Nestled in expansive wildflower meadows, this Redstone retreat gives you the chance to unwind in style. Experience the great outdoors with kayaking, fishing, and hiking, then hit the hot springs to relax just steps away from your home.

Just three miles from the town of Redstone, this home puts you in the beauty of mother nature, but close to dining options and local attractions. In the wintertime please use a 4x4 vehicle to access the property safely. Be sure to stop for groceries and fuel in Carbondale, about 15 miles from this house.

The surrounding landscape was the site of the Disney movie "Tall Tales," so you'll have no problem slipping into vacation mode. The homey, rustic ambiance is welcoming and inviting. Enjoy a local brew on the deck while you connect to the WiFi to send off an email.

Use the gas BBQ to grill up something tasty, or jump into the basic kitchenette to whip up something everyone will love. With a microwave and a full-size refrigerator

(there is no stove/oven or dishwasher), you'll be able to keep everyone fueled up and on the go.

Take a dip in the tiled pools that harness water from the on-site natural hot springs. Shared with other cabins on this property, you'll be able to watch the stars dance as the river runs by.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat has room for up to four guests to stay comfortably. A queen-size bed in the room and a futon in the main living area will give you plenty of space to spread out.

Wake up early and head out for a fun-filled day of kayaking along the private stretch of the Crystal River, or fly fish the day away as you let the stress melt away. Grab a bite to eat at Marble's Slow Groov'n BBQ restaurant in Redstone for a meal that will please everyone's picky palate. End the day in with a soak in the hot springs right in your backyard!

In the winter, delve into snowshoeing and Nordic-style skiing along the close by courses. Finish the day with a luxurious soak in the tiled hot spring spots right along the river, just steps from your cabin and shared with the surrounding cabins.

Spend your days exploring the peace and serenity that surrounds you when you book your stay at this Colorado retreat.

*Please note that this rental is on a shared property, so you may see or hear other guests. Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep your noise level to a minimum. Thank you for your consideration.*

About Vacasa, CO - Aspen/Snowmass Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Clean place horrible bed

  • 3 of 5

The overall place was clean. Down part is that everything is super old and outdated. The pillow smell dirty and had stains on both the case and the actual pillows. The bed kept us up all night when we finally fell asleep the sunlight came directly into the room with. Place could use dark shades.

Owner's Response: The cabin is somewhat spartan, but it is adequately furnished for a remote cabin and is very clean. The water is well water, and as with most water in the area it is fed by natural springs and hot springs, so there will be a sulfur smell to it.

Magnifique vue!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful area!

  • 5 of 5

We spent four days of our honeymoon here, taking day trips to Aspen and Glenwood Springs. We were also snowed in one day. The cabin was perfect for us - affordable, clean, and felt like home. We loved walking around the property and using the hot tub. Mike (the caretaker) made us feel at home and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Far Surpassed Our Expectations!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I love this area. We had stayed at the Redstone Inn back in 1988. And so when our niece said she was getting married in the little town of Marble Colorado, I fist checked for vacancies there, but "there was no room at the inn" :)Then I tried for a small cabin in the town of Marble but again,no openings. So this was my 3rd choice, and now I look back and see this as divine intervention!! This place was amazing. No tv!!!!!! The peace and quiet was the perfect sanctuary we needed. Got lots of reading done. The view of the meadow with the mountains behind, well,I couldn't stop looking!!And the hot tubs were just the ticket!!There was nothing lacking in this place and any time I am Blesssed enough to get to return to this area, cabin #3 on the Filoha Meadow will be my first choice!!!
