July 2019 Stay
I have never been this disappointed in a home. Had not been cleaned, pots and pans dirty. Paint on floor in living area and kitchen. My son slept on a pillow and discovered it had something all over it. The linens definitely were not clean. Outside landscaping was nasty and not acceptable. I have rented from you for 5 years. Never have we been so disappointed. I am starting to rethink my reservation already made for next year in a different property. I am appalled that no one checks these homes before renters arrive. Disgusting!!

April 2019 Stay
Property was well located right on the beach with an easy walk to Rosemary Beach shopping. Very disappointed in lack of supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc). Didn’t expect a full stay supply, but definitely an inadequate starter set.

October 2018 Stay
Perfect location. Sunny, happy house. We had this one plus the house next door plus both carriage houses for our children and grandchildren, and we'd love to do that again. Happy this one had so many forks and plates. One mention, housekeeping needs to check light bulbs more thoroughly--I bought you some for sconces. It would also be nice if there were a beach towel service. Hopefully, no red tide or hurricanes next trip. We hope the storm does you little or no harm. Thank you.

The location of this property is ideal. However, there were several issues that would cause us to not return or recommend it to others. My husband and I were the first to arrive and found a very unpleasant odor upon entering. It smelled musty and as if others had smoked inside.
The furniture upholstery was extremely dirty and worn as well. We had problems with an air conditioner in a downstairs bedroom which was not addressed properly for 2 days, a broken fan in the freezer, mold in some of the vents, and problems with a burner on the stove. The overall condition of the property is poor and badly in need of updating, maintenance and a thorough cleaning and repainting. We were extremely disappointed as we feel the cost for the week was extremely exorbitant for the conditions of the house. I also feel that for the price more “startup” supplies (dish soap, tp, paper towels,etc) should have been provided.
I’m puzzled as to why my review of this property has not yet been posted on your website.
We deeply apologize that you did not have a great experience with us in Rosemary Beach. We do show that we were able to correct the issue with the freezer fan within 2 hours of it being reported and in regards to the AC, we are not HVAC certified so we do our best when it comes to AC repairs. While the fix seems to be clear there sometimes are other problems that did not surface during our first call. We are glad to see it was a minor issue we were able to fix the following day. We did have a maintenance technician take a look at the stove and dryer and it was reported as working within normal limits. Regardless, we will be sharing your valuable feedback with our team to hopefully keep this from happening with future guests. We are not sure why your review has not posted on our site as of yet, it is something that automatically updates which we do not control. We hope you are able to vacation in our area again soon.
August 2018 Stay
Property is in poor condition especially for the price. Door to balconies are very difficult to operate. Hooks and towel hardware were pulled off the walls in master bedroom. Dryer doesn’t work properly. Only 2 burners on the stove worked. We’ve stayed in many less expensive 30a properties that were far nicer. View and pools in complex were great.
We are so sorry that your stay with us in Rosemary Beach was less than perfect, as we at 360 Blue always strive for perfection. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues during your stay and had we been we would have been more than happy to come out and correct them for you so that your stay would have been much more enjoyable. We do hope you are able to visit Rosemary Beach again soon!

Beautiful views! Very short walk to the beach!
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property!! The furniture had stains, the showers had mold in the corners, the doors (other than the front door) are extremely difficult to open, poor internet connectivity, A/C filters had to be changed on day one, the vacuum cleaner was clogged up, etc.
We are so sorry for the inconveniences felt during your stay. We do show that we were able to come out and correct the WIFI issue, however, we do not show were the other issues were reported.
