About the property

3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 9-11

• The house faces west so you can enjoy sunsets around the waterfront fire pit or from the hot tub.

• You can cozy up to the woodstove and enjoy a full lake view.

• Minimal traffic on our dead end road.

• We have 2 kayaks and a canoe available for use along with a selection of life jackets.

• Our (1100 sq ft) home is decorated with knotty pine interior throughout with natural slate accent tiles. The hardwood floor was reclaimed from a 1920's aluminum factory and still has the original decals!

• There's a natural slate shower with a rainfall shower head so you can enjoy a good hot shower after a long day of playing in and around the lake.

• You can catch walleyes and catfish off our 70-foot steel pier too or just relax on the bench at the end. The pier is in the water for sure from Memorial Day through Labor Day. You're welcome to contact us for availability beyond those dates.

• The outdoor hot tub overlooks the bay.

• You will have full access to the entire house. We also have a boathouse so you can store your inflatable toys or whatnot.

Why Benjamin Buehler chose Green Bay

The cottage is right on the water and has fantastic views. If you have children, you know how much of a relief it is to be on a dead end street with extremely limited traffic. Our neighborhood is mostly seasonal cottages and it's always very quiet. All the amenities of city life are only a short ride away.

This property and a perfect cabin lake getaway (even in an April blizzard)

  • 5 of 5

My fiancé and I decided to spend a weekend away with two of our best friends to celebrate our recent engagements. The fridge being stocked, and having a warm welcoming thank you card made us feel right at home. The decor is vintage and beautiful and the bathroom/shower is very nice. As we were lucky enough to be stuck in the middle of an April blizzard, the owner was very helpful clearing some of the snow out. The fireplace was perfect to bundle up to. We can not wait to rent this property again and hope for better weather. A big 5 star thank you for the hospitality to the owners!

I had a great time here. Very relaxing. The hot tub and great views and the fire place made it even more enjoyable. The house was decorated in old vintage decor. Will come back again. Thank you

Fishermen's Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Myself and three of my fishing buddies stayed for 3 night's in the beginning of February. The cottage fit our needs to perfection with it's open floor plan to hang and tell lies. The waterfall shower was amazing after long day on the ice. The centralized location was a major plus between Green Bay and our fishing grounds. We plan on making this a annual trip. Thanks Ben for being a great host.

Fantastic place right on the water

  • 5 of 5

This place is perfect! A cozy, eclectic cottage on the bay. Ben was so nice and answered all questions promptly. This was our first visit to Green Bay and it did not disappoint. We were there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We went to a game at Lambeau Feild, explored Door county (At Ben's suggestion), stadium tour and hall of fame. Everything was just a short distance for this home. We would definitely rent this place again when we come back.

We booked the cabin for a girl's weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin in charming with a rustic vibe. The owner was great to deal with and would highly recommend.

• Long tail point is a popular place for boaters to pull up and enjoy the sand beach and is located directly across the bay from our property.

• Bay Beach Amusement park is city owned and definitely a step back in time. Most rides are $0.25! It's right on the lakefront and also has a wildlife sanctuary nearby.

• On Wednesday nights there's a very nice farmer's market in downtown Green Bay that is visited by both locals and tourists.
