Light and airy with six large windows facing south. Decorated with original artwork.
First floor: Fully-equipped kitchen, half bath, and living room with gas log fire place, double futon and heart pine floor.
Second Floor: Bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and full bath.
Ground floor: Garage with washer and dryer. In addition to the garage there is one off street parking place.
City and Condo regulations prohibit me from renting for few than 30 days. Please do not inquire about short visits. Also not available for long term lease.

The townhouse was equipped with everything you would need for a month stay and the owners were very easy to communicate with and available as needed. Neighbors were friendly and we felt very safe. Parking in garage and another spot in lot was an added extra to making it easy to just walk all through town with no worries.
Walk to all of the attractions in downtown Charleston including museums, shopping, restaurants and bars. It's a short 20 minute drive to local beaches. Bike or walk the Bike/pedestrian lane on the new Ravenel bridge over Charleston harbor. It's a nice bike ride out to Sullivan's Island for lunch. Your off street parking space makes it easy to make day trips to area plantations and gardens.
