Our first floor condo is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bath 1307 sq. ft. condo overlooking the El Rio Golf Course located in N. Ft. Myers. This spacious first floor condo offers beautiful golf course views and is an excellent value for either a golfer or non golfer. The comfortable, open and airy floor plan is excellent for the casual Florida lifestyle and has lots of storage. The master suite features a king size bed, private full bath and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, plenty of storage and TV. The kitchen is bright and has lots of counter space and is fully equipped and includes pantry with washer and dryer. The living room and dining room feature twin double sliding glass doors that open to the screened lanai that runs the full width of the condo and overlooks the golf course. Golfers may join EL RIO golf club or pay as you play. Association pool and patio area is next to condo as is the tennis court and shuffle board court. Close to shopping and restaurants. The golf course is a beautiful, well maintained 18 hole executive course with reasonable rates. Just bring your clothes and clubs, everything else is furnished. Towels, linens, iron, ironing board, and a well stocked kitchen are provided. Walking trail around the Moody River Estates is across the street as well as a driving range and putting green. Located within walking distance of Publix and CVS. A large and comfortable condo for your Florida getaway!!

Why John Wallace chose Lochmoor Waterway Estates

We have vacationed in Florida during winter school vacations for many years with family and friends. After doing much online research searching for a winter retreat to purchase, we were fortunate to find our condo online. The minute we walked through the front door to view it, it was love at first site and we purchased it in March of 2014.

What makes this condo unique

The spacious lanai stretches across the entire width of the condo and overlooks the El Rio Golf Course. The sun rises over the golf course and the sunbeams flow into the lanai and through the double pocket sliders into the condo. It's a a wonderful way to start the day with your coffee and watching the early golfers play and listen to the chirping birds. Plus if you're a baseball fan, each March, the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins return for spring training in Fort Myers.
