About Vacasa, CO - Vail/Beaver Creek Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY
We have rented vacation properties many many times and have never given a bad review but that changes today. The property had an overall not clean feel. I had to wash every towel because they smelled as though they had been put away damp. There were plenty of towels to accommodate 6 people, however there was ONE washcloth. The bed in the MBR was very very very uncomfortable and broken. Sticking out from under the bed in the MBR was the screen for the sliding doors to the balcony however it did not fit all the way under so we tripped on it and hurt our feet. We had to put pillows over it to cover the sharp edges that stuck out. The futon in the loft would not lock flat and buckled in middle when slept on. The blinds over the sliding doors on the living room were broken. The kitchen was only slightly adequate with kitchen stuff. There was not a single hot pad. There were lots of dishes and silverware but few glasses. The baseboard heat in the middle bedroom, master bedroom and living room made very loud clanging noises 24x7. I reported this to the local manager and he was already aware of the issue but said there wasn't anything to be done. VACASA and Ryan T. Seemed to do a good job but I think these issues may have been due to lack of attention on the owners part.
Great condo for a ski vacation
My family of four stayed here. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen. We were very comfortable.
Overall great, back bedroom bed however was truly like sleeping on the Rocky Mountains!
We came to Vail for a wedding on Vail Mountain. The location of our condo was perfect. We ended up not using the bus system - but saw buses running constantly in our complex.
Location is very excellent and the views are beautiful in the east of the vail but the apartment was in the third floor and there is no lift
Good location, clean, and great for a big family.
