New penthouse apartment with two private terraces

This is a lovely penthouse apartment boasting two private terraces. The main one is south facing and has an amazing view of Palma and the Bay of Palma. South-facing, it provides sun for sun lovers all day long - for breakfast as well as for that evening glass of wine.

You enter into a spacious and bright combined kitchen and living room area where you will have all the necessary conveniences for your stay such as: air-con/heating, TV, DVD, microwave, kettle and other kitchen equipment.

The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are located towards the back of the apartment and there is a door leading out onto the back terrace, which is north facing and provides much-needed shade on those hot Mallorcan midsummer days.

The apartment building where the Ballester Penthouse is located has two lifts that will take you up to the floor just below the penthouse. This means that there are only two half sets of stairs that you need to get up, in case you are travelling with a small child, for example. We are happy to provide a cot for your little one!

Penthouse Apt, great views

thanks for all your help with our bookings and for sorting out the restaurant. We had a lovely stay and the apartment was as you described.

We nearly took an apartment without AC and thank goodness we changed our minds, it was surprisingly hot in June.

The local area of Santa Catalina is good for eating out, lots of other tourists there too, especially around the market. We found a couple of places we really liked and went back more than once.

Penthouse apartment with great views

HI Anna,

we are coming back to Mallorca this year and saw the review section.

We were there last May and had a great stay, mainly as the views and the weather were ideal for us. We also really liked that market you told us about in Santa Catalina, not sure of the name, but thanks anyway.

The apartment was clean and tidy and well positioned, fingers crossed we can stay again this year.

Great Views 1 bed Apt

Dear Anna,

just wanted to say what a great view. We had a great stay and loved eating our breakfast on the terrace. That market you recommended was good for fresh fish, there seemed to be a large contingent of Swedes there most days too.

Anyway the apartment was ideal for us and will be coming back soon.

Penthouse 1 bed apartment

HI Anna, we have just booked again with you and thought we should write something about our last stay.

First of all thanks for the quick response to our enquiries, I know we had a lot of questions but in the end i think we chose the right flat for us. The apartment was just what we were looking for, mainly down to location and the great view. Dinning out in Santa Catalina was great, never ate in the same place twice although this trip we intend to go back to our favourite, The Bunker.

The flat had good air-con, plenty of space for us and again the great view, breakfast out on the terrace was a good start to the day.

Anna wrote back that you had bought some wireless 3g routers so we can have internet in the apartment, which was the only thing we were missing.

Roof top aparment 1 bedroom

Anna, hope you are well and get to read these, I cant find your email address but weirdly kept the advert address. We are coming out again this year and wanted this apartment again. Dont want to write my email address but am sure you have it form our last booking.

Quick review while I am here. We came for the sun and got plenty of it, there was a second terrace at the back so we were never without it. The apartment is great for 2, no huge but not cramped either, simple kitchen with all mod cons, would have liked internet access, and hope you will have it this year, there was a cafe we frequented to check emails. Nice and clean, with a great view of Palma.

We did not cook much but there is a decent supermarket round the corner and the local market is excellent, really good fun.

Penthouse with terrace

Dear Anna,

We are coming back to Mallorca to stay in the apartment again and saw we could write a review here.

Obviously we enjoyed our last trip as we are coming back, in particular for us was the terrace, we loved to sit out and the view is great.

The apartment is not huge but as it was just the 2 of us we had enough space, and the kitchen was more than adequate for our needs, plus we ate out most nights. Anna, your recommendations were great, we also really like the sushi restaurant Wasabi.

This excellent penthouse apartment is situated on the 11th floor with stunning views of the bay of Palma from the south-facing front terrace. To walk into the centre of town will not even take five minutes, and you are right in between the centre and the Santa Catalina restaurant and bar district, near the Marina. This is a nice and tranquil area with lots of shopping opportunities as well as plenty of culture and history.
