We recycle plastic, paper and glass in boxes right outside the kitchen. We have a radio in the kitchen where you can plug your I-pod in. Just ask the caretaker, Thierry (“Terry”) if you are missing anything in the kitchen or if you need extra towels.
Thierry, the caretaker lives in the house, in a room adjacent to the rentals, and shares one of the bathrooms and the kitchen. The home runs solely on solar batteries, and Thierry maintains them to ensure they are functioning for your stay. Upon request, Thierry can stay in a trailer on the property or stay elsewhere. He will have to come by periodically to check the property and batteries. He has 2 bikes available for daily rental if desired and is also available for assistance with directions and other questions. He is very knowledgeable about the area and is happy to assist you in making plans or giving information. He is also a master diver and enjoys taking guests on wonderful excursions (look up marysierra).
