This lovely 1 bedroom cottage is centrally located to bike trails, ponds, ocean, beaches, and boating. Start your day at Fort Hill watching the sun rise or watch the lobster boats going out to tend their traps. Ride your bike to First Encounter beach on the bay side or go to Nauset Light or Coast Guard beach where you can surf, swim and body surf. You could also go to the Wellfleet Audubon Society to do some birdwatching, rent kayaks at the Goose Hummock, or go shopping in Orleans, Hyannis, or Provincetown. Later in the afternoon you can go to the Beach Comber in Wellfleet over looking the ocean or go south to the Squire in Chatham. At night you can ride your bike to Rock Harbor to watch the catch the fishing fleet brought in or checkout the sunset that rivals Mallory Sq in Key West. We are close to the Cape Cod Institute and centrally located to all things Cape Cod without the congestion of Dennis, Hyannis, and Falmouth...

The cottage was comfortable, efficient, cozy, and nicely appointed.
We loved the cozy intimacy of the back yard. The tiny house itself provided just what we needed. The location was close to everything we wanted to get to.
Snug and comfortable
Arrival instructions were clear, the cabin was clean and the location was ideal. Owner responded to a question quickly and was very helpful.
Neat, Clean, and Stratgically Located
Good place to get away and yet be in the center of the National Seashore.
Quaint, clean and comfortable cottage
This cottage is roomy and so clean. We loved the nautical theme with beautiful peices of art that celebrate life on the Cape. The kitchen allowed us to eat breakfasts in and we even took advantage of the outside grill. The compound is peaceful and safe. We took the kite to the beach and had a fantastic adventure flying it. Note do not let go of the handle when rolling the line back in. The beach towels were big and soft. Sue and Don were fantastic hosts, letting us know that we could check in early as the cottage was available. The cottage is located within a cluster of other cottages but there was plenty of privacy and it was very peaceful. I loved the sky lights and the natural light that made it's way into the cottage. The linens and towels were top quality as was everything there. However, be sure to bring washclothes. I took the cruiser bike for a spin but weather didn't cooperate for a more extensive ride. This cottage is very close to Orleans in fact you are five minutes from the Stop and Shop. I was attending a conference a few miles down route 6 in Eastham. My mother who was my traveling companion loved the access to all the beaches. If you are 62, be sure to buy a National Park Pass for $10 when you first arrive, as it gets you and your carload into the National Park Beaches. I loved this cottage so much that the day we left, I reserved it for next year.
Absolutely perfect in every way!!!!!
Perfect , perfect, perfect! Great location and absolutely loved the Jenn Aire stove! Will be back next year.
Just what we wanted.
It was perfect for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
