There is a lockable gate that leads directly onto the beach, an external shower and a 'garden washroom' with toilet and sink. Turtles often nest in front of the house

The decking is extended and has a pool set into one side of it and leads down to a sandy area for private sunbathing with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a private gate which leads directly onto the beach. At the front there is parking for 6 vehicles and on the beach side are mature trees for shade.
