This is a beautiful professionally decorate 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story townhome with 2 car garage and has views of the golf course. The Grayhawk Golf View rental is a spacious 2508 SF townhome that can sleep 8 people with the 4 bedrooms having 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is well appointed with a King Bed, wall-mounted 47” LCD TV, 2 night stands, 2 reading lamps, large dresser, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a 42” wall-mounted TV, Queen Bed, 2 night stands, and 2 reading lamps. The third bedroom has 32” LCD TV, 2 Twin Beds, 1 night stand, 1 reading lamp and dresser.

The living room/great room has a gas fireplace, comfy leather sectional couch, 63” LCD TV, expanded basic cable, DVD player, IPod Docking station and 2 bar stools at the counter bar that leads into the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with breakfast nook with seating for 4, granite counter tops, lots of cabinet space, high-end stainless steel and custom paneled appliances. You will have everything you need to whip up a meal for the whole group. You can serve your meal to your group in the generously sized dining room that has seating for 8.

The outdoor living space will make you want to spend the whole time hanging on the patio. Not only does it have great views of the Grayhawk golf course and mountains beyond but it also has plenty of seating, gas fire pit and an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, refrigerator, and sink.

Within the gated community you will find a large heated pool, hot tub, state of the art work out facility and, barbecue area and entertaining rec room.

The townhome is just 2 miles north of the 101 loop, 20 minutes from Phoenix International Airport, 5 minutes from the TPC of Scottsdale golf course which is home of the Phoenix Open and 12 minutes from West World which hosts many well-known events like Barrett- Jackson Collector Car Auction, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show & Shopping Expo, Parada del Sol Rodeo, Sun Country Circuit Quarter Horse Show, Fiesta Cluster All Breed Dog Show and many more.

You will be required to pay a $1000 security deposit for stays 21+ days during the summer months of April - October. The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April -October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. The cleaning fee, damage waiver and booking fees are non-refundable.

THIS IS A 30 DAY MIN RENTAL. You will be asked to provide information for the tenant registration that will be submitted to the HOA for each reservation.

A security deposit of $500 or more will be collected for summer stays with a length of 21 days or more during the months of April - October. Depending on the website you use to book your stay, you may need to provide a credit card directly to our office for the deposit if it applies. During the months of April – October our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates for summer stays to be lower. If there is an overage on the usage it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount the tenant is responsible for the cost of the overage.

This is a superb property and welcoming home. The house is spacious, well equipped and has enjoyable outdoor areas with views across Talon golf course. Access to Encore through a gate code entrance is easy and the development benefits from a sizable pool and gym. This part of Grayhawk is very quiet and relaxing and yet close to all that North Scottsdale has to offer.

The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the location overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course. We faced west so had great sunsets. We loved the patio and ate all of our meals out there. There were 3 negatives: the dishwasher was very unreliable. It worked some days, others not. One bedroom had a murphy bed, which was not very comfortable. We never did figure out where the 9th person would have slept. And finally, the biggest negative by far was the great inconvenience of not being able to use the upper patio off the master bedroom for 5 of our 8 days because a roofing company came in to resurface it! We had greatly enjoyed having our morning coffee out there(for only 3 day it turned out). We even called to reschedule, which they said they would. Then, when we were gone the next day, they did it anyway. They came again 2 days later and did more, without telling us, and the chemical smell was terrible. Our 23 month old grandson should NOT have had to breathe those fumes. This was not part of our contract and very inconveniencing! The upper patio furniture was left on our lower patio where we spent all our time. We feel we should be credited at least 10% for this. We look forward to hearing from you.

The group I was with really wanted to be in Northern Scottsdale, close to Brown's Mountain, McDowell Mountain and Tom's Thumb for mountain biking. I was emailing with Erik and he presented me with 5 properties available for the dates I provided. When he learned we were interested in Northern Scottsdale it got narrowed down to two properties one in Grayhawk the other in DC Market. I originally wanted all at Grayhawk but only one week was available. So after emailing back and forth I said, ok one week at the Grayhawk rental and one week at DC Market. He replied ok (with a link I never opened), got leases made up for me, we sent our check and were good to go. Upon arrival I was confused, did they fill in the pool and put a fire pit in? They painted the orange wall blue? My group was confused too. The place we were in looked a lot like one of the five contenders that were available for the dates I provided but it was a bit different. I opened up my email to see if I did something wrong. Sure enough after agreeing to the Grayhawk for one week and DC Market for the next week that link I never opened (because I thought it was just a confirmation of the only ones available for my dates! Silly me!)was a link to a condo/house that was next to identical as one of the five that were only available for my dates, 3 doors down!!!!!! I did some internet investigating and found the house we were in was never a contender because when I looked it up it was a 30 day minimum stay! The owners must have changed their mind and the other place was double booked? Maybe we wouldn't notice there isn't a pool in the backyard?!?! Anyhoo, my group told me to call Erik and ask WHY THE BAIT AND SWITCH but I liked the gas fireplace feature and didn't want to ruffle any feathers on our relaxing vacation. So my final question is, IF THERE WERE 6 CONTENDERS WHY NOT TELL ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING???? I smell something very fishy!!! Great property though, we loved it!

When we arrived at the home, everything was as the photos showed. Clean, nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the home and all the neighborhood had to offer including the pool and hot tub. Make note that the pool has a key fob to get in that is in the kitchen. It wasn't marked but we figured that out. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area!
