We love to travel, meet new people, and experience different places. We appreciate good food, good coffee, and front porches. We enjoy walking the dog around our neighborhood, tasting local beers, cooking, reading, hiking, seeing live music, and welcoming visitors to Nashville.

Why Evyn chose The Nations
The Nations is an up and coming neighborhood within Nashville. We have many new restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. 51st Ave and Centennial Blvd are the main corridors, which are lined with shops and restaurants. It is easy to walk to any of the spots in our neighborhood and we are a quick 10 minute drive to downtown or any other cool Nashville neighborhood.
What makes this House unique

Great Bungalow and Location
We stayed in this very cute house for the Total Eclipse weekend in Nashville, TN. It was very clean and well appointed to make your stay comfortable (and with complimentary shower gel and shampoo!). We definitely enjoyed the covered back deck with plenty of chairs and a nice backyard -- perfect for us to view the total eclipse. The location was great with lots of choices of bars/restaurants to choose from. The owners were great at communicating with me and answered all my questions in order to make the weekend great. I definitely recommend this house. The neighborhood is safe, house is lovely and the owners are wonderful.
Fabulous Nations home....
The house was immaculate and had everything I needed. The owners have made the home very welcoming and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The property was even better than the pictures.
We could not give a definite arrival time and the owners made it so convenient for us to get access to the home. It was just perfect. So clean and easy to find everything we needed. There was even a mini-mart store nearby that was open on Thanksgiving and had the batteries and orange juice that we needed. People were out walking with children and so friendly whenever we came out of the house. It was a pleasure to stay there and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, cute place to stay... The piano was also a big hit.
