About Vacasa of Summit County

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Perfect vacation

  • 5 of 5

It was great. It was the 3rd year in row we stayed in Frisco and the 2nd year at mountain side. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the huge deck when we weren’t biking or hiking. I wish I owned it myself. Frisco is the center of summit co. and a perfect vacation summer or winter. Thanks Dan

Relaxing Retreat

  • 4 of 5

Great view! I chose this based on the deck and view and it did not disappoint! Morning coffee outside watching the hummingbirds. We also enjoyed the majority of our meals on the deck. Perfect for our family of five, however, we have 3 young children. The condo itself could be small for 5 adults. The deck provided plenty of extra living space during our stay though.<br />

Frisco is beautiful in the summer and we enjoyed walking to the Fourth of July parade. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future visits!

Quiet and Comfortable 1st floor corner unit.

  • 5 of 5

This unit's location is amazing! It is just close enough to town to walk or bike and just far enough that it stayed quiet despite the town noise of the BBQ festival. The underground parking could not be closer. In fact the designated parking spot was the first spot when you entered the garage. It has a huge back deck with plush patio furniture that backs up to a huge grassy area. The only thing behind the home was a beautiful mountain backdrop and the path. This path is directly in the center of the county where you can access Copper Mountain and Vail one way, and Breckenridge and Dillon the other. A very mellow hike to Rainbow lake is right out the backdoor. Super-easy for us flat landers yet still visually stunning and secluded to our seasoned friends who joined us. Would definitely recommend and already booked for next year!

Smaller than expected

  • 3 of 5

This was a lovely condo for a family of 4. (We had 5) it is set up more for summer vs winter. It was not set up with hooks and closets for all our ski coats, pants and gear. The washing machines room was difficult to use- no change machine or detergent machine plus machines ate multiple quarters. The condo was nice and clean just much smaller than anticipated. Said could sleep 7 and we were cramped with 5. We couldn’t all watch tv at same time without someone on the floor. We left a night early. Thank you.

Location was very convenient to town and the winter activities! Home was clean, kitchen was great, had plenty of sleeping space and was perfect for a relaxing get away to the mountains. We loved the pool and hot tubs too! Great location, perfect spot. Would definitely stay again.
