This two bedroom, two bathroom condo situated on the widest part of Fort Myers Beach. Sandarac 604B features accommodations for four, with a screened lanai that affords magnificent views across the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Sanibel Island in the distance. Sandarac 604B is served by two elevators. Enter the unit to a bright and spacious living area, with an array of comfortable seating that is bathed in light from the large windows and the glass sliding doors that open into the living area. A nice flat screen TV helps you to unwind in the peace and security of your own room. The en-suite bath perfectly complements the master bedroom itself. The guest bedroom has two twin beds (new twin XL mattresses in July 2016), and features a TV for entertainment. It is also done in a nautical theme and is the perfect place for guests to unwind in the evening. The second bath is off the hall just outside the second bedroom with a nice shower and large vanity unit for storage.

The property has an outdoor pool complex, with a wide array of lounge chairs and seating with the beach just a few steps away. Sandarac Condominiums are particularly well positioned for the attractions of the region, with the vibrant stores and restaurants within easy walking distance or the action of Times Square just a trolley ride away. Lovers Key State Park is within easy travel distance and is just the place to go shelling or see Florida wildlife in its natural habitat. The Wyndam Hotel is just to the south with an outdoor deck on the sand which has both bar and food service plus it regularly has live entertainment. We have been regulars at Fort Myers Beach since 1977. Just a wonderful comfortable family atmosphere. My parents bought here in 1977. My in-laws have wintered here since 1997. We bought on the island in 2004, our kids grew up loving FMB and now plan their vacations here.
