About Kevin Soler
Hi, we are Kevin and Debbie Soler and our goal is to make your stay at our vacation homes exceptional. Also pictured is our niece who loves visiting us in Cape May. She especially loves the Cape May County Zoo and the Horse & Carriage Tours in the downtown area. We are also parents to two small dogs; Smokey, a poodle/daschund mix that we rescued in Arizona and Marco, a toy poodle who rules the roost. All of us love exploring Cape May and you may see us walking around town on your visit to one of our fantastic homes. We love the beach and the ocean and our entire family has fond memories of time spent in Cape May and all the nearby oceanside communities including Wildwood, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, Ocean City and the many towns in between. Visit Cape May and we guarantee that you and your family will create your own fond memories and if you have any questions about Cape May or our homes, please call or email us and we will be happy to help you in any way we can.
Kevin Soler purchased this House in 2009
Why Kevin Soler chose West Cape May
There is simply no place in the USA like Cape May & West Cape May which is why we purchased this home. The history and authenticity of these two towns is fascinating. One can not help but wonder what it would have been like to live in the horse and buggy era and what it was like to "summer" at one of the grand homes reserved for the wealthy. We know you will enjoy exploring Cape May and West Cape May and our historical home and it's wonderful location is ideal for doing so.

Just bring your toiletries, flip flops and dinner clothes and you are all set for a relaxing and fabulous vacation. The house was charming and extremely clean. Close to everything
Great time had by all! I was there to celebrate my girlfriend turning 50. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. The owner was so helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this place and definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed a week in beautiful Cape May, made even more special by staying in this charming Victorian cottage! There was plenty of room for the ten of us without feeling cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked and worked well for our group. Our host Kevin was very helpful, checking on us when we arrived, and easily accessible by text for any questions or concerns. We did not have any problems with our stay. Even though the weather could have been better, there was plenty of entertainment in the area including visiting the lighthouse/museum, a great organic farm where we ate a delicious lunch, the aviation museum, and the Emlen Physick mansion; also want to mention several great restaurants/shops. We took in a fun Trolley Tour of area Victorians which was fantastic! The cottage is walking distance to grocery stores, including an organic grocer, a liquor store, cafes, and a great pancake place! It's about a 15 min walk to the beach--straight shot down the main road. The bikes are helpful, although little ones will need to be carefully watched when crossing one busy road. You can't go wrong renting this great house!
The house is clean & pristine!! It has all the ammentities that you need!!
Once again Kevin did another fantastic job! He is the best host in Cape May!! We would not stay anywhere else!!
Comfortable, attractive property
Great house, conventiently located, well appointed, large kitchen, and extremely clean. Owner was a pleasure to work with.
Outstanding Experience - as usual!
The owners are absolutely meticulous about their property and it shows. The care with which they manage and operate this home as well as the cleanliness and wonderful amenities is greatly appreciated by my family. That’s why we return year after year.
Well equipped, well maintained, very clean.....9 tv’s, 10 bikes, central air, beach box.....we’ve been back for four years for an awesome extended family vacation.

Here are just a few things to do & see near our cottage:
**Cape May beaches of course - One reviewer wrote "Cape May continues to be my "happy place"! Always a fabulous time with beautiful beaches"**
**Cape May Lighthouse - A fully restored 1859 lighthouse. Climb 199 steps to the top for a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay. Open daily.
**Nature Center of Cape May - Located in the Cape May Harbor. This learning center and exhibit aquaria is dedicated to providing environmental education for people of all ages.
**Washington Street Mall / Shops. Open all year. Shop, dine, relax - one visitor remarks - "Charming outside mall with a beautiful fountain. Many boutiques, hand made soap shop, toy store, Whales Tale gift shop, Christmas shop, Scandinavian store, lots of cool clothing stores and jewelry stores, sweet shops, art gallery and much more. Enjoy eating casual or dressier at some of the restaurants on the mall. Lots of seating areas. A must go when in Cape May. Shops are open very late in the summer and weekends during peak season. Quaint and charming Victorian flair decor."**
**Cape May Trolley Tours - Your narrator will explain the town's history. Two trolley tours, the Mansions by the Sea and Historic Cape May are both excellent introductions to the unbelievably lovely town of Cape May.**
**Cape May Carriage Company - Enjoy an evening ride through the historic part of our town. The carriage rides are a great way to see Cape May. **
**World War II Lookout Tower - Stairs take you from level to level & you will find them easy to traverse. Informational panels help to guide you along. Enjoy viewing pictures of local service personnel from the WW II era. Another highlight is the watch room where you can view the sunken concrete ship, Atlantus, through the azimuth instrument. There are a few different uniforms on exhibit. The soldiers had a small lounge with a potbelly stove which was their only heat source in the tower. After visiting the tower, down the street is Sunset Beach. Visit for an up close view of the ship. Also at Sunset beach are 2 very nice gift shops, mini golf and a snack shack to complete your visit.**
**A must see is Cape May County's Park Zoo. What a wonderful experience. Voted one of the best in the nation. Admission is free however donations are accepted and appreciated. **
Cape May is a wonderful family destination and a unique walk back in time. You can just relax and enjoy your family or you can partake in just about any activity your heart desires. Come see for yourself. You will be glad you did!
