The screened lanai is perfect for enjoying the private, golf course view and the beautiful Florida sunsets. Wi-Fi internet access is available both in the unit and at common areas.

Those who lease at Pelican Sound transfer the many Pelican Sound amenities during their stay. The transfer provides full access to the community’s Golf Club, River Club and tennis courts. In addition to golf, tennis, and dining, the transfer includes access to the fully-equipped fitness center, the complimentary pontoon boat shuttle to Lovers Key, and canoes and kayaks available at the River Club to tour the Estero River.

The beautiful Mediterranean style clubhouse hosts many activities as well as formal and casual dining. There is a pro shop, a bar, and a variety of both daytime and evening activities. The River Club offers a large heated pool, indoor and outdoor casual dining as well as the previously mentioned fitness center, canoes, and kayaks.

The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen days following the date of departure providing:
1. There is no damage to property or furnishings, beyond normal wear and tear
2. There is no mess requiring excessive cleaning
3. There are no charges incurred by tenant during the stay left unpaid
4. All keys are returned and the unit is left locked

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
