The two , YES two Master Bedrooms and Living Room areas open up to a large 12 x 40 foot Balcony and a million dollar view of the Gulf Coastal Waters from this tenth floor unit. Each bedroom has it's own private bathtub/shower and the one of the master bathrooms has a washer and dryer unit for your convenience.
This unit comes with one parking space in the garage, and although many wish there were more......Conveniently, well lit and safely across the street are two large parking areas for you to utilize. The unit comes with a well equipped kitchen, with appliances, dishes/pots, and utensils for your convenience. Three of the bedrooms have a King size beds, the fourth bedroom comes with a single bed + trundle and a full size bed. This unit can easily and comfortably accommodate 8-10 sleeping guests.

PCB - Beautiful!
We had a great week at this condo.... weather was perfect, the beach was amazing and the condo was incredibly spacious and cozy! We will definitely return for a visit!
Room was great. View was great. Parking was chaotic and too few spaces. Elevators poorly maintained. Several times one or both elevators were out. Twice we were going up to room elevator lunged and got stuck.
Mrs. Rebekah please accept our apologies for inconveniences caused. The elevators have recently been over hauled and serviced. The construction on Front Beach Road contributed to many of the issues, including access to the building and parking.

Very nice condo unit!
Unit was great! Elevators miserably hot & stuffy. Need to install at least fans to move some air in the elevators. Also on site parking is horrible! Spaces way too small.
Unit was very nice, well equipped, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay in same unit when we are able to return

Unfortunately the parking is out of my control and the PCB construction began in the busiest season of the year.
Going forward, I expect the improvements will offset and improve parking in the area.

The view was awesome, and the room was very nice. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom.
The overall experience was great. The bathroom for each bedroom came in handy when we had to get ready to go out to dinner, especially since our group was 10 adult women! The parking garage is very hard to maneuver in, even for a mid-size SUV. There was road construction right outside the building, so that made entering and exiting more difficult, but not the fault of the condo. We were supposed to have permit cards in all of our group's vehicles that were parked in the overflow lots, and we were supposed to pick those up from the Manager's Office, but the entire 4 days we were there, we never saw the Manager Office open. We were there in off-season, so no problems for us, but that might be an issue in peak season.

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of arrival. Saturday to Saturday arrivals are preferred for weekly stays. A 450.00 refundable security deposit is required for weekly rentals, and a 350.00 security deposit for 3 night stays. PLEASE NOTE: A 7 day minimum is required from Memorial day week until 3rd Saturday in August. 3 day minimum at other times. Guest Ocean Ritz wristbands (8) and Ocean Ritz parking passes (1) for 1 reserved parking space is provided with your rental. Additional parking is conveniently available across the street in the Public lot for $4/24 hour period. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and additional charges will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. No Pets are allowed on Ocean Ritz Premises. No exceptions will be made. Over 10 guests found in the unit or guests found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or security deposit and charged with a flea spray. We strive to maintain cleanliness and to provide our guests the comforts of a Pet Free and Smoke Free Environment. Complaints about unit or damages noted to the unit must be reported to the property manager within 24 hrs. of arrival.
