Great rental near zoo!
We had a great stay at this house. The two bedrooms had plenty of beds for our family of four, and then location very convenient.
Great location and space!
Great location, easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffeeshops and easy drive to LoDo Denver. House was perfect, hosts were really easy to work with and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
Great place. I would definitely stay here again!
The hosts are great. The location was great as well. A ten minute walk to restaurants, bars and the zoo. I definitely recommend.
Grace and Elliot are the best owners you could ask for. Communicate well, very accommodating and extremely responsive, even when we had questions during the stay, we would email them and they would get back to us within 5 minutes.
The only 2 things to note are
1. that this place is not in the suburbs. We originally thought that's where we would be, and we're a little bummed by the area, but it turned out to be awesome. Lots of local restaurants and pubs. 10 minutes from coors stadium, it was awesome.
2. The floors are a bit squeaky. I wake up three times a night to get water and use restroom, and every time I woke up the whole house.
All in all we had a great stay and you couldn't ask for better owners!
NICE space, location and A/C for super HOT Denver days
We stayed for 2 nights at this nice one floor apartment. It was convenient to the zoo and pretty quick to downtown. Street parking was easy (garage spot was very tight space for our SUV rental). Grace was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to requests (e.g. iron). Owner + dog live above but it was pretty quiet, does not intrude in any way and is clearly mindful of her renters below. We were there during Denver's record heat and the central A/C was a plus!
Very clean and great location!
My weekend stay in Denver at this home was wonderful. The place is very clean and the location could not be better. Grace was a wonderful host!
