Idlewild South (formerly Row Jimmy) at 52 Pensacola St is an airy, spacious house owned by a musician / filmmaker.

A TRUE Seaside house. 5 houses from 30A and truly only a 90 second walk to the beach and very close to big pool.

A fantastic, three bedroom, three bathroom house. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has twin beds, making it comfortable for four adults and two children or six adults.

The main living room and dining room have a 20-foot vaulted ceiling.

The home is filled with the owner's original B&W photography, and original art inspired by the music of the Grateful Dead.

The home also features a huge outdoor wrap-around porch and an outside shower.

Inside the home has 2 TVs with DVD in the living room and the master bedroom.

The stereo has an iPod cable and has speakers throughout house and on porch.

No pets, please. There is a loft suited for a kid's playroom and lounge area. No young children please.

Parents: note we have some religious folk art on the outside of the home as well as some 60's art.

Our price includes beach access bands and 6 amenity passes for every day of your stay. Let us know in advance if you do NOT want these passes and we will discount your stay $250. We also offer 2 bikes.

About the owner: Musician, filmmaker, artist, investor, surfer who appreciates the art of living.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside, FL, USA:
As a place to raise my daughters during the summers of their childhood and teen years. Now they are young adults and we do not use the home as much. But hosted my oldest daughter's wedding in Seaside in May 2010. I was (and am) very particular when I researched beach properties. Seaside was the only choice. You can bike and walk everywhere and it has this elegantly shabby feel to it.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Great stereo system, casual but fine interiors, super comfortable, excellent beds, bathrooms, and cooking accessories. We try and stock the house as if it were your own, with coffee, spices, condiments, sharp knives, cooking accessories, etc.
