Remodeled, clean and historic, this 3 bedroom charmer is located only a few minutes from all the downtown action and also in close proximity to some of the best food and coffee spots. The house has everything you'll need to enjoy a long vacation with the family or maybe a quick stay for business. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Perfectly cozy, clean and with historic charm. The main house has been done up to keep its charm but updated to feel modern. The main house has a well-stocked kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two have comfy queen mattresses and the other one has a twin bunk bed. There are two TVs in the home that are hooked up to a roku and have Hulu and Netflix access. We do not have regular TV or cable. When you walk into the house, it's open, light and welcoming. We want to make sure that you feel right at home. You have the use of the entire home and can enjoy the cooler weather in your own backyard space.
I travel with two small kids all the time and we take into account what we love having when we rent ourselves. So if you are traveling with kids, we have toys for use, books, outlet covers, a car seat for an infant with the base and more.
You will have the entire main house as well as access to all of the outdoor areas. Parking is street parking.
Interaction with Guests
As an avid user of vacation rentals, I do prefer the hands off method and that's what I take with my guests. I make sure that you have everything you need and that entry into the home is easy. If you need something during the stay, please feel free to text me. I don't live too far from the property, so we are more than happy to accommodate you in any way you need.
Other Things to Note
The convention center is an 8 min drive from our home or 45 min walk. Many of our guests attend the convention center and easily drive or use lyft or uber or the nearby bus system.
Downtown Phoenix has been going through a major revitalization recently. Our neighborhood is quiet and mellow and the neighbors are kind but they work during the week and we rarely see them. Downtown is growing constantly with new restaurants, bars, small art galleries, and coffee shops popping up nearby.
