Great location, walking distance to everything, convenient keyless entry system, unit has everything you could need, very clean. Only warning, parking is on street. Owner provides you with a permit, but you still have to find a spot on one of the busiest streets in Annapolis.
Location cannot be beat. Clean, quaint, everything we needed. We will most definitely be back. Thank you so much. And seriously, the SOFTEST SHEETS EVER.
Great location, Old apartment
This apartment is a great space location is perfect as it is right across the street from the Naval Academy and a short walk to downtown! We found it super convenient to walk to bars and restaurants.
The apartment itself is updated and kept very clean. The one downfall we found was that it is a very old building so there is an old musty smell that is very present. You are hit with it from the time you enter the lobby downstairs and it continues into the apartment. We were unable to open any windows as we visited in a summer heatwave and needed the AC but I'm also not confident that would have helped because it was overpowering. To put your head down at night it was doable but if we were to spend anymore time here or entertain guests it would have been an issue.
Allyson - Thank you so much for alerting me that there was a problem. We had not had any complaints about a musty smell so clearly something was wrong. We did find that the neighbor had a leak in the crawlspace but it is an adjoining crawl space. It has been fixed and all is good. I appreciate the heads up so that we could address it promptly.
We had a great time visiting family in this apartment which is right in the historic district
The apartment was lovely, clean and a great location The owners a very nice and available if there are any questions
Location, location, location!
Owner was very responsive. Parking was on street. Took a while to find a vacant spot due to party a block away. Only needed to drive to grocery store a few miles away. Place reminded me of my sister's Chicago apartment which I love. Would definitely stay here again if our son is fortunate to get accepted to naval academy.
Incredible place incredible time in Annapolis
