Budget Pet Unit. Like a 2 star hotel but with some niceties.
The description made it seem a bargain (condition & features / price) but it’s really a lower tier accommodation with some upgrades and the bones of the unit seems to still be original construction. Great TV, inconsistent internet and fireplace. LOTS of cat and dog hair, large dog kennel in MBR and cat litter box in closet. Certainly appeared clean on Day 1 but after a couple of days, hair wafted out over your clothes, on the floor and clumps emerged from under sofas, etc. Not really any one thing enough to pester the owner during our 8 day stay. Kitchen outfitted with pots/pans/dishware so it was very easy to cook. Also pantry items were a nice touch. Dryer does not vent outside and lint system not fully effective (kind of gets into the bathroom). Overall: It’s an inexpensive pet unit. Might be fine for you but, having owned a nightly rental ski condo myself, cleaning and maintenance are absolutely critical. In honesty, I did not look at the amenities listing before booking where “pets considered” was listed. I would think that Pet Friendly” needs to be in the main description for this unit. So, 2 stars for condition but with some niceties, a 3 Star overall (but expect Pet impact)
Thank you for your candid response, "pet friendly" is a good suggestion. We have since switched cleaning companies continue to upgrade the unit.
