Experience St Paul in Quiet, Private Elegance
Stay with us in “Quiet, Private, Elegance.”
Our Inn and Rooms are a luxurious base to see St Paul from.
You’ll enjoy private parking with your own entry into the Inn’s Drawing Room giving you-our Guests-comfort and privacy.
If you like architecture our beautiful Victorian Neighborhood has spectacular and gracious mansions that are a delight to stroll by and take in. Summit Ave, just a half block away is the longest continuous stretch of Victorian Mansions in America.
Relax in comfort, the beds in the Inn are all queen sized and extremely comfortable and all rooms are en suite-with private bathrooms.
The breakfasts are a treat as well, not only beautiful and artistic, but fun and delicious.
For dinner we are fortunate to have fabulous places to recommend. Whatever you’re hungry for you’re sure to find. Within just a couple of blocks-a nice, very short stroll-we have the Commodore, a new very flashy 20s restaurant /bar (excellent), as well as a gourmet hamburger place-The Red Cow, Moscow on the Hill (Russian-of course), WA Frost (upscale dining) and Probably one of the best outdoor restaurant/bars you can go to, then there is the newest, Fitzgerald’s-a very flashy and upscale Sports Bar. There are these and many more great choices, lots of fun.
St Paul is just a very convenient few blocks away with its very trendy and convenient restaurants and bars as well as the CHS Baseball Stadium, Rivercenter Convention Center, the Xcel Energy Center and a lot of fantastic Theaters to choose from and don’t forget “Prairie Home Companion” at the Fitzgerald Theater. Furthermore, there are quite a few festivals to watch for and a great place to check them out is on Visit St Paul’s website.
St Paul is a great trip for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is simply a lot to do.
We love it and hope you will too

A beautiful home within walking distance to restaurants, historic homes, bars. The inn is charming, the food was scrumptious, the room was very comfortable, and Pam and Cory even made sure we had the "local" directions to bypass the marathon and make it to the airport on time! Also, thanks for the interesting stories about F. Scott Fitzgerald.
First thing first, before arriving the communication throughout the entire process was absolutely amazing. The warm welcome, insight on things to do in the area, the home itself, convenient parking, the host and hostess, housekeepers, the meals, the service, and the cleanliness, were all AMAZING!!! This is hands down the best review we have left so far because everything was great. We truly recommend everyone to stay at this B&B. We will make another trip just to come stay here again. Great neighborhood. Great town. Great people. Great views. Great feel. The list goes on and on. Thank you Pam and Cory for everything. You two are wonderful!!
:) What can we say, we live for this kind of review! It truly is our desire and hoped for outcome to make every guest's experience a fun, comfortable and restorative one.
It was a delight to host your stay and get to know you--it brought a smile to our faces everyday to see the excitement and enjoyment you were having both with your stay and visit to Saint Paul. We look forward to hosting your next visit:) Until then, all our best.

The B & B was lovely but our room was very small. The only chair was a folding chair that blocked the entrance if you wanted to use the chair. My husband noticed that the bed dropped in the center a bit. The breakfast was light, the chia seeds were not enough to equal a protein serving.
The location was excellent for our purposes (visiting our daughter) and I only met Pam but thought she was very nice and helpful. The decor (Asian fabrics) was beautiful and not over the top as some places can be.
We enjoyed meeting you and it is our sincere wish for our guests to have a wonderful stay. We appreciate and respect guest feedback and take it seriously and to heart.
In trying to problem-solve the feedback that was shared regarding the mattress dropped in the center, we have been working to re-create the issue and thought it might be helpful to share our process in trying to address it. We had a sense it might not be the mattress, but perhaps another issue because--In our communications with you during your stay you responded to our text “We hope you are having a fun and restorative stay.” To which you replied, “We are thank you. The beds are incredibly comfortable, we slept very well.”
Also, the mattresses were purchased new from Macy’s Home Store less than a year ago; and we often have guests ask for information on the mattress because it was so comfortable they want to purchase the same one for their home. However, we took the feedback seriously and asked two adults to lay on the mattress and try to feel what might be happening. Not feeling anything, we next tore apart the bed and looked at the boxspring—which we noticed was pushed up and over the lip of the bed frame by a couple of inches. We are hoping we found what may have caused the issue and attached a taller metal “L” bracket to the bedframe to help make sure the boxspring stays in place. We appreciate the feedback, but truly wished we would have known about your experience during your stay so we could have had a chance to address your concerns.
The Maiden Lane room is the smaller of the three rooms at the B&B and the least expensive. We realize this may not be the best fit for all travelers and we do offer two other larger rooms; the Cathedral Hill and the Summit Suite--both are quite roomy. While the neighborhood where our Inn is located, is one of the most sought-after in the city, we have consciously keep our rates reasonable for the area. Maiden Lane is designer appointed; including two art deco folding chairs to accommodate the room’s size and when the chairs are slid under the table or stored in the closet, walking space around the end and both sides of the bed allow almost three feet of walking space. Our reason for sharing this is that we realize the size of a room is subjective and we wanted to qualify to help travelers find the best fit for their stay.
Awesome location with a unique delicious breakfast.
Accommodations were beautiful and location was within walking distance of several great places to eat. Cory and Pam were gracious hosts and Pam's dining suggestions were spot on. We very much enjoyed our stay!
We very much enjoyed meeting Carol and hosting her stay:) So fun to be able to recommend the many wonderful restaurants in the area to suit guests tastes and needs.
