Upstairs loft features a large air hockey table and xbox and TV set up. This home is well decorated and updated with local art and fine linens and towels at your service.
San Juan River Village is a safe and pleasant community in Pagosa Springs. This home offers the best views and prime access to the San Juan River for fly fishing and tubing right into downtown Pagosa. The neighborhood has a fully stocked pond for catch and release fishing and paddleboat in the warmer months. Within 30minutes from the neighborhood, you can access dozens of National Forest offroads including Ellwood Pass, Jackson Mountain and Fawn Gulch. Also within a short distance are two great sets of hike and falls to explore, take wildlife photography or take a swim in: Piedra Falls and Treasure Falls. Do not forget to take a dip in the warm natural hot springs that Pagosa has to offer downtown and then shop on the Main Street at cute shops for clothing, decor, fly fishing, outdoor apparel and dine at great restaurants.
Grill steaks or make s'mores in the 42" steel firepit out back. Dine "al fresco" at the dining table with the sounds of the water and then relax in the two large sofas on the back porch. If you need more winding down, sit in the hot tub and gaze at the stars in the Colorado sky.
In the winter, enjoy the most snow in Colorado at Wolf Creek resort(a short 20 min from the house). Whether you ski, snowboard or snowmobile, you will have a great time at Wolf Creek.
Just ten minutes down 160, spend time on main street Pagosa in the dozens of shops, restaurants and the best hospitality. Check out Alley House, Kip's, Riff Raff, Farago's, Peak's Deli and Pagosa Bakery all on main street in downtown. Further down, in newer Pagosa, eat at Rosie's Pizza, Marconi's and the Buck Stops Here(for great sandwiches and fresh fish and sausage). Or stock up on some fresh groceries and have a great time cooking on the grill outside or in the kitchen.
