Amazing House Perfect Location
We had a fantastic weekend and amazing experience. The house was the perfect size for a group of 7. Very clean and spacious. I appreciate all of the extra towels, shampoo that was provided and the binder of directions and activities - a very nice touch. Having a grill was an awesome bonus! Getting into the house was very easy and we had no issues there. Couldn't have asked for a better location - one of the few houses I found that close to downtown. So much within walking distance! Jerry's awesome and extremely responsive. Can't go wrong with this one!

We are a family that has traveled to Austin literally hundreds of times over the years for special events, yet have tired of the cookie-cutter hotel experience.
We chose this house to stay for our family's most recent event in Austin based not just upon great reviews, but the owner's willingness to respond promptly to our questions and concerns. The house and location exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious, well appointed, and laid out thoughtfully to accommodate places to gather in a group, or to find a quiet moment just to enjoy the view alone, or to have a private conversation in a relaxing setting.

-View of the Tower and the Capitol (at the same time) and you can choose picture window views or natural, outside views, both fabulous;

Long story short, if you are new to Austin, this house and location will not disappoint. On the other hand, if Austin is one of your favorite cities, this setting breathes new excitement into a familiar relationship.

This was the perfect home base from which to explore Austin....and it was a very welcoming, congenial place to return to after a full day.
The upstairs kitchen with its enormous island was a favorite spot to gather and share a bottle of wine. The great room with its stone fireplace and handsome moose was warmly furnished and enhanced by treehouse type views of the Austin skyline.
We enjoyed our time in Austin and especially enjoyed our time in this gracious, well appointed, well situated home.
Staying in this house was a fantastic experience. The house was even more spacious and amazing than what is shown in the pictures - it has everything that is advertised and more! It is very clean, in a very good location (a mere walk away from many attractions), and the owner was very personable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Couldn't Ask For More
The home itself absolutely blew me away. It's more spacious than I expecting and just as gorgeous as the pictures show. The outside balcony that overlooked Austin may have been my favorite feature of the house. Also the location couldn't be better as it's in walking distance of 6th street as well as a few of the local parks.
Overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Within 1 mile of: ACL Live in the 2nd Street district, East 6th street music and club venues, and the Austin Convention Center.
