The Location is awesome! Super close to Lifts & Downtown.

Short walk (4 minutes or less) to the Quicksilver lift or downtown Breckenridge. Also on shuttle route (but hardly used).

This awesome vacation condo is centrally located in the town of Breckenridge. Visitors enjoy a short walk to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift as well as shopping & dining in the historic Breckenridge business district. The path to the ski lift is across the street. The stroll to the shops and restaurants is past Maggie Pond to the hustle and bustle of Main St.

The location of the condo is also a quick walk to the ski and ride school for adults and children and the day nursery. The 'Summit Stage' free bus service is available to take you around the town or to several other ski resorts that are close to Breckenridge.

For a quick soak after hitting the slopes, take advantage of the pool and hot tubs that are located adjacent to the condo. There are 4 large hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool that is open during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) as well as the ski season (November to April).

The condo:

The condo is a second floor unit, the largest in the Timbernest complex. The living room/dining room area is bright, open and spacious with a private deck that offers a view of peaks 8, 9 and 10 of the Ten Mile Range. The living room is furnished with a large leather sofa and love seat, cable TV, DVD player, sterio and books.

The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and granite counters. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The adjoining dining area includes a large table and chairs.

The two bedrooms are roomy and each has a private deck to enjoy the mountain air. One of the bedrooms has 2 full sized beds and features a loft (note steep stairs, may not be appropriate for small children / toddlers) with an additional full sized bed. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed (new 2016) and a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms.

The Activities:

There are obviously plenty of well-known winter activities in Breckenridge. Skiing/boarding on the world class slopes as well as snowshoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating at the nearby ice rink on Boreas Pass Rd. will keep you busy during your stay. But you should also check out the new tubing park (Frisco Adventure Park) or take the highest chair lift in North America to the new Snow White Bowl (experts only)

Also consider a summer vacation - the weather is beautiful and there is plenty to do. There are Breckenridge ski area lifts that operate during the summer months to access world class mountain biking the Breckenridge Valley is crowned to the south by 14,00 foot Quandry, Lincoln and Democrat peaks which are all great hiking venues. There is white water rafting in the spring. Boating on lake Dillon is a quick 10 mile trip to the north. And, don't forget the new Summer Fun Park on Peak 8.

Quiet Hours after 10 PM.

MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.

PROPERTY DAMAGES. An inspection will be conducted after each stay. Any damages incurred during the stay or excessive cleaning charges incurred following the stay are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation or taken out of the security deposit.

CLEANING. A one time cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in the complex laundry room.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in parking lot or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors.

GUEST PARKING. Parking is available for two cars only. Renters must have a parking permit hang tag, picked up with the keys, visible in their vehicle to avoid towing. One parking pass is provided a check-in. Arrangements will need to be made in advance if a second parking pass is required.

LOFT STAIRS: Please note that the loft stairs accessed in the master bedroom are very steep (ladder like). These may not be appropriate for young children / toddlers.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to six (6) persons.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival.

Full bath is located just outside the bedroom door and is shared with the common area. Second bedroom is set up with 2 double beds in the main bedroom. Attached bath with double sinks and combination shower/tub. Master bedroom also has a loft (stairs are steep, so not appropriate for very young children). There is a double bed in the loft.

We had a great time at this condo in in January. Our group of 7 fit comfortably in the condo, we could walk to town, the ski lifts, and the pool/hot tub with ease. The owners were great to work with as well.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Great location within a short walk to town and lifts. Clean and lots of room for more than 6 people. Convenient large covered outside ski locker. Made for a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
