This ground floor unit is very easy to access. It is beautifully decorated in a contemporary/beach style. It has new granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully funtional-featuring a WolfGangPuck pizza maker/Rotissere, toaster oven, panini machine and other fun things guests enjoy! It features queen beds in both bedrooms. There is a dining room, laundry room off the patio, wood burning fireplace and high speed internet. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.
All Rentals in the City of Dana Point are required by LAW to be inspected and registered with the City of Dana Point and provide in their listing the Certificate Number. This rental is Certificate Number: STR15-0360. Owners are required by law to pay the City of Dana Point a Short Therm Rental Transient Occupancy Tax. This rental complies with the local and federal laws.
Please note that guests must purchase damage protection in the rates section-I have had wonderful guests for many years-however, recently I had a guest that set the couch on fire and denied it-as a result, the CSA damage protection that was in their name did not cover the expense. As a result, the non-refundable damage protection policy is purchased in the owner's name. It is included in the fee section-the mandatory deposit and/or non-refundable damage protection area charged by the management company is marked no due to the above explanation-it is purchased under the fee section.
