Recently remodeled spectacular 3BR/2BA + Loft condo located in the heart of Heavenly Village; just 2 minutes from either the Boulder or Stagecoach lodges for Heavenly Ski Area. Short 8 minute drive to the Casinos, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and world class golf courses in South Lake - or take the convenient BlueGo shuttle. Enjoy fantastic views of Carson Valley from the back balcony and great views of Heavenly from the front balcony. Guests have access to the community Heavenly Village pool and hot tub with heated dressing rooms just a short distance away.

Condo has a large Jacuzzi tub in its own area, all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, and tile floors in living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. The living room has a great gas fireplace and flat screen TV with Blue Ray player. There are three bedrooms with queen bed in bedroom 1 with a flat screen TV and DVD player (also viewable from the Jacuzzi), a queen bed and a single bed in both bedrooms 2 & 3 and queen bed in the loft. The loft also has a separate table and chairs for games and entertaining.

The back Balcony has a gas Bar-b-q grill and a nice table and chairs. Guests will also enjoy cable TV and free Wifi internet as well as off street parking.

Note: The condo is located on the third floor and the complex does not have an elevator.

Very comfortable and convenient to the Nevada side lifts. Great views and thoughtfully appointed.

This really worked well for us. The beds were very comfortable and Wayne thought to put enough of the basics in (like salt, coffee filters, dish soap, snow shovel, etc) that it just made everything easy. There were enough plates, glasses and cooking equipment to do the basics and more. The views from the condo are great and the furnishings were very comfortable. The master shower in the morning was fun, with a big widow looking out over the valley. I would go back!

Spacious condo

Great place, lots of room, amazing views of the valley, conveniently located near the bottom of the lift. The only downside is that it is on the 3rd floor, lots of up and down exterior stairs.

Will be back ....perfect accomodations and close to the ski lifts!!

This is our 5th trip to Tahoe......this condo is a very welcoming place....and the owners left a bottle of wine and small welcoming package which was bonus! The views from the condo are beautiful....when it is not a blizzard! Our first night snowed close to 2 feet overnight...driving was questionable.....and the parking lot was not plowed at 7:30 on a Sunday morning - we called Wayne and not only did he answer, he reassured me it would be taken care of and to call back if it is not....lot was plowed out shortly after. Hot tub is close by, and the whirlpool in the master bath was a wonderful end to the day. Plenty of room for privacy. From a location standpoint....Fox and Hounds restaurant is about 1/4 mile down the street with great food....there is also a small grocery store right next store to the restaurant. The main shops are only about 5 miles away and Heavenly ski lift is about 1/4 mile up the road. I would recommend a car for anyone wanting was about 1 1/2 hour drive to Squaw Valley...they do have some shuttles...but with the weather and other obstacles, it is great to have your own vehicle. Excellent condo for the price. Highly recommend. .....and of course, I must comment on the stairs...yes there are 3 flights, however, unless there is 2 feet of snow on them....they have railings and they are not that much of a hindrance that I would downgrade the condo and location for that....since of course you are on the 3rd have the best views from the condo as well. Thanks so much Wayne....we will be back!!! :-)

Amazing views and great location

Located close to the mountain for quick commute to skiing. Cozy condo easily fit our group of 8 adults for a weekend reunion. Amazing views from the condo itself.

Wonderful time accented by gracious owners

We had a rough patch of logistics with weather, loss of power, road closures, flight cancellations, lost baggage. All was forgotten with a few great days at Heavenly Ski Resort.

It's a bit of a climb to this 3rd story condo, but the comfy couch with the gas fireplace welcomes you to kick off your boots and relax your feet.

Thanks to Wayne and his wife for being especially accommodating!

Very clean, good price

We chose this property because of its location in Stateline and it's occupancy. We had 9 in our group. When we arrived, the driveway was covered in snow and ice. Try as we might, our rear wheel 12 passenger van couldn't make it up the drive without our chains. That drive is no joke!

Hauling our stuff up the stairs was no joke either! We were glad for our teenage kids! The bottom of the stairs was covered in snow with just a bit of it cleared, so we had a narrow and somewhat slippery pathway to navigate there. There were also patches of ice where melting water dripped during the day and froze over night.

We found the unit to be clean. Our 2 year old's socks didn't get black as he walked around. Even though the carpet is old in some of the unit, it was very clean. The bathrooms also were well cleaned. I did find that the inside of the cabinets could use a scrubbing.

The kitchen, bathrooms and master suite have been nicely remodeled. The bedrooms and loft still look original.

The space is very well used. We have stayed in units that were bigger and less well used. It felt a bit tight with all our people, but it was doable. The table downstairs is bar stool height. There are 10 bar stools available

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, although we had to divide some of our bigger meals between two dishes to accommodate the larger amounts we make for our family. We did find a nice sized wok that did the trick.

The kitchen was not well organized, as different occupants just put things back willy nilly. This was probably my biggest complaint about the unit, though I don't know what the owners could do about it. With some hunting, I could usually find what I wanted. The fridge was nice and big. The ice maker was broken.

The beds were sufficently comfortable for not being our own. We certainly didn't wake up sore from sleeping on them. The master does have high windows that aren't covered, so the light comes in with the sunrise.

My husband has severe allergies to fur and feathers, so even with no pet units he can have trouble. I'm happy to report that he experienced no issues during our stay. That alone is enough to bring us back!

We come to Stateline so the kids can sled right our the door. This is a great location for that. We had three different places to go right outside the unit. The kids had fun building their own sled runs.

The owner, Wayne, was excellent at communication both before and during our stay.

We would rent here again.
