Why Jay & Sonia Pullins chose Abbott Loop
We've enjoyed our home next door since we moved in, in 2007. We were excited to purchase the other half of the duplex this year to share it with you. We live in a great location for enjoying everything Alaska has to offer, and we're happy to help you with information to make the most of your visit.
What makes this House unique
The home is in a great family-friendly neighborhood, close lots of great attractions, dining and shopping. We love the house's front porch with rocking chairs (in the summertime) and private back deck and garden

This was such a nice place, in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks for allowing our group of teens make themselves at home! They really enjoyed their stay.
Great stay! Perfect for our family, had everything we needed!
We loved your home. It was in a great location. Grocery store just up the street and easy to commute to and from restaurants and downtown. Would definitely stay there again!
Location, Location. Made us feel at home!!
Very lovely home with beautiful and tasteful accents. Made us feel at home.
Well located for our day trips. Will look it up next time we come to Alaska.
Wonderful vacaton, execellent accomodations
The accommodations were excellent. The owner lives in the next unit, but that was not an issue. We saw them once, they were very friendly and encouraged us to contact them with any problems. The unit was better than what was shown in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised. The unit was very clean and there was a nice little outside patio equipped with table, chairs and a barbeque grill. The neighborhood was quiet and homelike. It was the perfect place to come to after a long day of touring.
Lovely home; conveniently located
We stayed in this home for 10 days. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners contacted us several times to make sure we did not need anything from them, which we did not. They also had a book with clear instructions, brochures about local activities, and a coupon book with discounts to shopping, tourist venues, and restaurants available for us to use. The common areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) were nice-sized and provided a comfortable place to get together, or just sit and relax. The kitchen had all of the cookware and dishes that we needed for our group. The bedrooms were good-sized so we had room for our suitcases and plenty of room to hang clothes or put them away. We also appreciated having a laundry room in the home which we made use of several times. The home is very conveniently-located to a food store, a shopping area, and some nice restaurants. The only reason I did not give this home a 5-star rating was the fact that the beds were just 3-star beds. I would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful home in the heart of anchorage with amazing owners!
I enjoyed our stay in Anchorage entirely too much. I honestly wished our trip would have been longer. The home is only a 10 min drive from the ANC airport, very close to all the major stores and right down the street ( literally ) from the Alaskan Zoo and a stunning view on the main road of mountains. The home is close to everything and only a 30 min drive to some beautiful overlooks on Seward Highway. ( bird point, and beluga point ) Anchorage is truly a beautiful place to visit, and Jay and Sonia home only made our experience that much better. The house and the rooms were immaculate and decorated so well, they home works great for adults and for families with children and babies. The children's room was so adorable and my bosses daughter had so much fun "pretending camping" in the little nook in that room. If I ever go back to ANC, I will most definitely be going back to Jay and Sonia's home!
We are conveniently located just minutes from the Alaska Zoo, O'Malley's on the Green Golf Course, and Highway 1 (one of the nation's top ten scenic highways).
