This property is centrally located near everything in Miami. Everything is just 5 minutes away. Makes you getting around very easy and cheap uber rates

I recommend getting an uber to where you want to go. It will be a cheap ride because everything is so close to your location.

1- NO loud music after 10 pm
2- $500 fee per day for smoking inside house
3-$500 fee for parties in the house
4- Guest takes full responsibility for all pets actions a pet fee of $25 per day collected before check in. If not paid before check this will cause a non refundable cancelation.
5-Only 1 cars allowed in parking space, everything else will be towed
6-Locals most contact host before booking.
7- Only the 2 guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. Any undeclared guest will charged an additional $40 per day.
8-Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.
9- $45 late check out fee for 30 minutes passed check out, If you stay longer the 2 hours passed check out we will charge a full day rate and this does not allow you to stay on the property. This is just a penalty.
10- Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
11- Only the person who booked can check in into their reservation.

The booking was true to the on line pictures and description. The check in process was very easy, the host was very easy to communicate with, the unit was very clean and cozy. Enjoyed our stay! The location was central to the beach, the bay and airport!!!

Great Location for Us

The unit was very clean, cozy and wonderful staff. Not very far from Miami Beach and central areas. We felt very safe. Great stay without spending hotel dollars.
