There is a huge dining table on the screened porch when it’s time to gather for meals and plenty of separate space when privacy is preferred. The layout of the property makes it perfect for multiple groups or families.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, a large screened porch with swinging day bed, fireplace, 2 TVs, Wireless Internet, and a kitchen with a commercial refrigerator.
The separate guest house is designed for fun, with a large TV over the fireplace, Ping Pong, Nintendo Wii, and a large covered porch with swinging sofa. The Murphy Bed and two Bunk Beds comfortably sleep six, and there is a full bath plus an outdoor shower with a great view of the lake. Bocce ball and a croquet set are provided. Whether you have kids... or are a big kid, you're going to have fun.
The home is approximately 35 miles from Auburn University, making it perfect for football weekends and family reunions. Conveniently located, this lake home is approximately 10 minutes from the famed Chimney Rock. For boat service, Russell’s Ridge Marina and Harbor Point Marina both have ship stores and are approximately 10 minutes away. The dining options by water range from Chuck’s Marina (pizza, beer, burgers, and karaoke) to Kowaliga Restaurant (full service dining and bar) to Catherine’s Market and fine dining at the Springhouse (accessible by golf-cart valet service from the lake). By land, nearby restaurants include Oskar's, Niffer's, Chuck’s, and Poplar Dawg, as well as La Posada (Mexican) in Dadeville.

Special notes: The pictured pontoon boat and runabout are not provided. If you bring a boat, there is a public boat ramp just down the road on Ramp Road. Several local marinas rent boats by the day, as well. The food and drink are not complimentary, and please operate on the honor system with anything consumed.
