NEW PROPERTY! This luxury 3 bed/3 bath unit is conveniently located Main Street just a short walk to the lifts, restaurants, bars and shops and on the free town shuttle route. There is also an on-call shuttle that provides door-to-door service anywhere within the town limits of Breckenridge. This unit features upgraded finishes, including granite and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy cool evening in front of the cozy gas fireplace while taking in the mountain views. The living room opens to a private deck and BBQ. Guests also have the convenience of a one car heated garage and a private washer and dryer. The dining room is spacious with seating for 6 and a kitchen bar with seating for 4.

This home has a king master bedroom with and ensuite 5 piece bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is a TV with DVD in the bunk room, but no cable. All other TVs have cable. There are additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Just a short walk across the street will bring you to the base area of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair and easy access to the slopes. At the end of the day you can take Lower American, Lower Lehman and Silverthorne to the very bottom where you can take your short walk back home. The on-call shuttle is also available, especially for those families with younger kids. There is also a ski valet and storage located directly across the street at Main Street Junction.

Main Street Junction is located in the historic district across the street form the Peak 9 base area and the Quicksilver Lift. The lifts and town are only a 5 minute walk. There is also a free shuttle stop on Main Street directly in front of the complex.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

Lovely place with a great view!!!

We stayed here with another family and we found it to be big enough for both families. The kitchen is awesome. The only draw back was all the beds (yes every room) needs to be replaced. For the price we paid over Christmas Break, we would have expected mattresses that weren't so old. But other than that it was great! Loved having 3 bathrooms and laundry right in our place. I would recommend it!! :o)

The property is centrally located in Breckenridge and is adjacent to the trolley. It is spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is the adjacency to the main street / Highway. It was a little bit loud.

Comfortable and a great location

We love this unit and the location. It is located in town and a short walk to everything and skiing. Would recommend for families. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are comfortable and the unit it very nice. I don't have any complaints. SkyRun was very helpful booking this property and check in was super easy. You won't need a car.
