Come and enjoy our cheery beach condo in a great location! Our second floor unit overlooks a sparkling inviting pool and has a great view of the gulf from the balcony. The condo is located in a low density complex just a few easy steps to the beach.

Unit is nice,bright and fully equipped.Just bring your beach gear. We're located two and a half miles west of Highway 59 in quiet west beach area. Seahorse is directly across from boardwalk to beach.

**Please note you must be 25 or older to rent**

We had a great vacation staying here with an 8, 6 and 2 year old. Crossing the street to the beach was easy and took no time. It's away enough to be quiet but access to everything was simple. I'd happily stay here again.

the property was very nice, although a little small for us.

we would have been pretty happy with the vacation if we could have used the pool, especially since we were not allowed to get into the gulf, due to the storm.

Perfect!

The place was so cute and perfect for our stay! We were a walk away from the beach and the public pier was was right across the street. I will be coming back very soon!

There is a six (6) person maximum for occupants
You must be at least twenty five (25) years old to rent. NO Pets NO Smoking!
Cleaning fee of $100.00 for each rental. Must pay in full 30 days before arrival, 30 day cancellation notice required.
If you do not purchase damage protection a $1500 deposit is required.
100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival less bank fees if credit card used for payment.
Cleaning fees are one time fee at end of stay for winter monthly rates.
Damage ins. is one time purchase per stay for winter monthly stays.
Customer will pay electric utility bills each month for winter stays.
Customer will furnish own linens for winter monthly stays.
Rent is to be paid in advance at first day of stay for winter stays.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
