Wonderful post-holiday stay!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at this property. Again, it was some what of a last minute arrangement. We needed to accommodate overflow guests and this was the perfect house. Spacious, cozy and lovely art-filled home. Close to the east side, downtown and the bike trail. We walked to an Indian restaurant with the family and enjoyed playing board games and hanging out. Great place for a family get together and Heidi and Charles were extremely easy to work with. Thanks and Happy New Year!

Good experience

  • 3 of 5

Our stay was just fine the beds were comfortable plenty of room to put clothing. Plenty of stairs and only one bathroom on main floor bedrooms upstairs - probably should be a railing going down into the basement we never went down there ! Attended the international film Festival so we spent very little time at the house Best place to have breakfast near home is Olga's!

Pleasant place to stay.

  • 4 of 5

The house was a great size and had plenty of space for a larger crowd. Some of the things we enjoyed were the great backyard, 2 living rooms, neat and clean and the decorated dining room. Some recommendations are providing bathroom essentials and adding air conditioning units for the bedrooms.

Great home

  • 4 of 5

The property was great and the yard was perfect for children. I would rate 5 stars except the air conditioning did not cool the upstairs. It can be hot at night upstairs on warm evenings. Otherwise it was great

We had very last minute travels plans to visit our son at Brown University. Heidi and Charles were able to accommodate us at the last minute. The house was great and suited all our needs. It is spacious and cozy.We loved taking walks on the bike trail which is quite close to the house. We walked on the Linnear Bridge/Park over to Wickenden Street near Brown and RISD for coffee and also for a meal at a great little Indian Restaurant. Will return.
