GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHILE CRUISING THE COAST!

  • 5 of 5

Both of these houses are walking distance to the great dining places on the Bay. Bay St. Louis. The ample parking area allows us to keep our car trailers on the property close to the hose during our stay which is a plus for us. Joey is as always, is more than helpful with suggestions of what to see and where to eat in the area! It always help to have a local expert to advise you.

Train Heavan

  • 4 of 5

Yes it is by the tracks, but not so bad with respects to the train. Night trains are shocking at first, but the place was so nice you can put up with it.

We had a relaxing few days with kids and dog and would love to stay again.

Wonderful home.

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The home is in wonderful condition (like new). The fireplace was used every night and the train never once bothered us. Actually laid a couple pennies on the tracks and now have souvenirs of our stay. We would highly recommend this home.

Very nice stay

  • 5 of 5

The house is new and solid in construction. The trains did not come by that often and did not bother us at all. Parking was enough for our 2 vehicles. The internet, tv and fireplace worked. The bed upstairs was comfortable and the entire house was very clean. Anytime I had a question, Mr. Manieri was quick to help. Loved being able to walk places when we wanted to. We will rent here again. Thanks!

Quaint and well decorated home with a great location!

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful stay in Bay St. Louis! This property is brand new with lovely, warm decor! There's a nice duck pond and walking park in the back of the property and a kids playground not too far away. It is the perfect location as it's very close (we used a golf cart) to shops, eateries, and the pier.

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is located right next to train tracks. If you are used to trains, then it's no problem. However, we weren't used to having trains that close and didn't sleep the best the second night. We stayed for two nights. I would stay her again due to the house being so cute and comfy and it's proximity to fun stuff. I'd just bring a pair of ear plugs. :-) The manager did tell me they have other properties available that are not next to train tracks.

The TV/Cable/Internet was not hooked up in the living area, but I am sure the property manager will fix this. Also, there is a gas burning fireplace and it's never been used. We were the first guests who stayed during a chilly spell. However, the fireplace couldn't be turned on. The manager promptly sent a very nice repair man, but he was unable to figure it out. It wasn't a huge deal. Again, I'm sure the property manager will address this as cooler months are approaching.

Great time, beautiful place and great people! Thank you again!!!
