This vacation rental is located in town near Dillon Lake and Frisco Marina. Several major ski resorts are just a drive or shuttle ride away. There's a two-car garage with plenty of room for gear storage.
The recent renovation includes all new furniture, and the home has lots of large windows. The living room is spacious with an eye-catching gas fireplace and Smart TV with DVD player and Netfilx streaming capability. There's also WiFi access in this home.
The escape has an open-concept design for easy traffic flow, and there's seating for nine guests with space for six at the dining room table and three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is bright with new stainless steel appliances.
This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath rental sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full bath, gas fireplace, and patio access with views. The second bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin sleeper for the loveseat, and private bath. There's also an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lake Dillon and Frisco Marina are nearby and offer boat and stand-up paddleboard rentals, as well as fishing opportunities. Island Grill restaurant is located at the marina, and Rio, a Mexican restaurant, is in town within walking distance, as is Whole Foods.
Several ski resorts are nearby: Copper Mountain (nine miles), Breckenridge (under 12 miles), Keystone (nine miles), Loveland Ski Area (under 15 miles), Arapahoe Basin (16 miles), and Vail Mountain (28 miles). Frisco Adventure Park is under three miles away.

We are sorry to see this guest struggled with parking and receiving assistance. We were unable to locate any records of this guest reaching out to us. Guests are always welcome to call Vacasa's main number for assistance if they are not having luck with the provided local numbers. The home's two garage spaces are meant for compact cars, but there is outside vehicle parking available less than 100 miles south of the home for larger vehicles. Thanks!
Garage is not useable for larger cars or trucks.
The condo is tastefully decorated and has all the goodies needed. Don’t plan to park in either garage slot, however, if you have an extended cab truck or other full size vehicle. It’s inordinately narrow and short. There was no parking tag and guest parking lot was not identified. We put our truck where we thought it should go and hoped we didn’t get towed. I called both numbers left for me and left messages. No one ever returned my calls.
The water in the master drains super slow so you’re standing in a considerable pool of water by the time your shower is done.
The nightly price should have carried the promise of better customer service and care of regular maintenance.

Stayed here while skiing Vail for 3 days (30 minute drive). This place is perfect and much more affordable than Vail. I would highly recommend staying here and skiing Vail, Copper, and Breckenridge. Just a great condo. We will definitely do this again.
The condo was conviently located and very roomy. Also, was clean and we'll equipped. We'll be back.
Too many problems - property manager inept
We had so many problems with the unit. The washer was broken and we didn't have use of it for the first 3 days of a 7 day stay. The plumbing in the downstairs bathroom broke and it was a known defect. There were several other minor things as well. The on-site property manager was helpful at the time, but had promised to refund us $200 for the problems. Although I called 3 times and they continually promised to send the money, it never happened. I understand that the owner approved the refund, so I can only assume that the property manager Vacasa kept the money. We frequently rent in Frisco and have never had a bad experience before. I feel badly writing this review, but you should know going in that there are substantial problems with the unit and the management.
