The Loft is situated on the hill above the Kennett River valley, backing onto National Park forest. A great spot for exploring the Great Ocean Road.
There are lovely filtered ocean and valley views through tall north facing windows that flood the house with sunshine even during winter.
You can enjoy lounging on the generous balcony with views of the valley or ocean or on the rear deck sheltered by the trees and house.
There is abundant wildlife that can be seen on and around the property. Cockatoos, kookaburras and parrots are frequent visitors on the balcony. Wallabies and kangaroos are often seen grazing around the house. Koalas are plentiful and can often be seen in the trees in and around the property.
The Loft is a cosy renovated 1960s beach cottage. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds. A porta-cot and other infant furniture (high chair, change table) is also available on site.
During the colder months and nights, you can enjoy a fire in the open fireplace if you wish to make one, backed up by the convenience of wall heating.
The beach is a 700 metre stroll away.
