Yet, being situated in one of the best locations in Breck - a 10-minute walk to the Quick Silver Super Lift at the base of Peak 9 and under a 10-minute walk to all the shops and dining on Breck’s Main Street - you have easy access to all Breckenridge has to offer.


This townhome sleeps eight comfortably. The top floor is a luxurious master retreat that includes a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, private deck overlooking Peak 9, spa bathroom with large rain shower complete with body jets and granite countertops.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen size bed and private, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, which makes it the perfect spot for kids. The hall bathroom has updated shower/bathtub combination and granite counters.


The main floor living room, kitchen and dining room is beautifully furnished and updated. Enjoy a cozy, winter night next to the gas fireplace or snuggled under a warm blanket watching the flat screen TV. Our extensive collection of movies, board games and music are all available to enhance your stay. The open floor plan allows you to relax in the deep leather chair or lounge on the comfortable leather couch while dinner is being made.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a large island/bar area so family members can easily gather during meal prep. Fully stocked with all the cooking tools you will need for your gourmet meals, we also have a Keurig coffee maker ready to fuel your early mornings on the slopes. The dining room features a gorgeous antler chandelier with a large, round dining table that seats six. The two kitchen bars provides seating for an additional five guests.

The expanded deck off the living room has its own private hot tub where you can gaze at the night sky while relaxing with friends and family. The bottom floor has a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.


Enjoy access to our one-car garage, additional parking spot and private entrance to the townhome. Perfectly situated across from Breckenridge’s free shuttle bus stop you can either catch a ride to the ski lifts or take the short, 10-minute walk to the base of Peak 9. Walking to town for dinner or to shop on Main Street is an easy and convenient 10-minute walk. Snowshoeing, hiking and biking trails are easily accessible and plentiful. We have lovingly updated and renovated our townhome to make it a mountain retreat we love to share. Our family's fondest memories have taken place here and we are so pleased to share this special place with you and yours. This winter (2016) will be the first time this property has been offered as a rental. The property is co-owned by Randy & Jean with their daugther, Kelly, and son-in-law, Dan.

Lovely townhouse close to town and lifts

The townhome was a great visit for my small group of friends and family. Couldn't have asked for anything better as it comfortably slept, bathed, and fed 6 adults and 1 child, no problem.. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook a home meal, as we cooked-at-home a few times during our stay. We had a full and quick breakfast every morning before hitting the slopes and the kitchen island was a great place to get organized for the morning. The overall layout of the home is excellent as the sleeping areas are on separate floors and at separate ends from the living areas allowing for some flexibility for early sleepers and late-night chats. The basement has a second master with full ensuite. There is in-unit laundry for those on longer stays or that need to wash their skiing layers.

Note that this is a full 3-bath townhome, which is AMAZING and should not be overlooked or underestimated. It makes a big difference in getting ready for the day. The owners are very responsive, and have left instructions for just about everything in the townhome, as well as some maps and "welcome" chocolates and tea/coffee. The walk to the lifts is a mere 8-10 minutes (go straight out the driveway; do not turn right as might be your instinct.), and there's a great rental shop (Charter rentals) right at the base of the lifts. The rental shop there lets you keep your gear there overnight, so you don't even have to trudge it home if you're renting. You just pick up your rented gear from a rack the next morning, easy peasy! It's about a 15 minute walk to town, and about 10 minutes to the Breckenridge Brewery Pub.

The beds were super comfy. About the only complaint we had was temperature control in the basement bunk beds was a bit hit or miss. There are plenty of blankets to make up for that, but getting a "just right" temperature can be challenging when balancing across the three floors of the townhome.

Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again.

This property is perfectly situated near both Breckenridge's popular Main Street and the town's ski runs. An easy 10-minute walk gets you to the base of Peak 9 Quick Silver Super Chair Lift and in under 10 minutes you can walk into town to enjoy all the shopping, dining and entertainment options Breckenridge offers. Don't feel like walking? Breckenridge's free shuttle picks you up right outside the entrance to the townhome community.
