Located on the second floor above the Springdale Visitor Center in the newly constructed Canyonland Village in the heart of Zion Canyon in Springdale, UT. Just 1 mile from the entrance of Zion National Park and steps away from the free Zion Canyon Shuttle. The Watchman Villas are modern in design but classic in comfort. Villa 1 - "The Aspen" is a well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all of the comforts and amenities of a 1300 square foot home along with 1500 square feet of outdoor living and lounge area. Layout features an open concept great room with a full kitchen, dining table and bar counter stools, living area with sofa pullout bed, and built in writing desk. The master bedroom features 1 king bed and an en suite spacious bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features 2 plush queen size beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Aspen also features a stacked washer/dryer

Suitable for couples, familes, and friend getaways. Please note that this unit is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for those having medical issues involved with going up and down stairs.

Close to National Park and shuttle services. Beautiful views. Free parking right at door.

We stayed for four days. The unit is above the city visitor center but was very quiet. Washer and dryer on the property meant lighter luggage. The unit is massive and the patio is almost as big as the living area. Great spot to see the stars and people watch. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants and the city has a shuttle that stops almost at the door. Brand new and clean. The only drawback would be if you have heavy luggage as there is no ground entrance and about 17 stairs to get to the door. But you have the washer and dryer so don't take heavy luggage. loved it.

Perfect base for exploring Zion and Bryce

We stayed 4 nights with our 2 teenagers and it was perfect for us. Very comfortable and updated condo with everything we needed. The large balcony is a nice bonus with great views of mountains and stars. Location is very convenient to Zion and shopping (easy walking distance) - and Bryce 2 hours away.

We had a great, quick vacation with kids before they go off to school. Thank you!

Excellent!

Fantastic stay-

everything was very modern and clean.

There is very easy access to the shuttle and shopping,

including a wonderful little supermarket

a block away. It was completely a no

fuss experience- would stay there again

in a minute! Check in by door code, and it was nice

not to have to track someone down to let us in.

Nice to have laundry in the apartment as well.

The balcony patio was perfect-

a part of it is covered for shade and a large

part is open. Couldn't have been nicer.
