Located on the second floor above the Springdale Visitor Center in the newly constructed Canyonland Village in the heart of Zion Canyon in Springdale, UT. Just 1 mile from the entrance of Zion National Park and steps away from the free Zion Canyon Shuttle. The Watchman Villas are modern in design but classic in comfort. Villa 1 - "The Aspen" is a well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all of the comforts and amenities of a 1300 square foot home along with 1500 square feet of outdoor living and lounge area. Layout features an open concept great room with a full kitchen, dining table and bar counter stools, living area with sofa pullout bed, and built in writing desk. The master bedroom features 1 king bed and an en suite spacious bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features 2 plush queen size beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Aspen also features a stacked washer/dryer

If you are looking a great home away from home and want to be in the heart of Zion Canyon in Springdale, UT with easy access to Zion National Park and all of the great amenities and offerings of Springdale then this is definitely the place for you.
On top of the unbelievable location you will also have access to amenities of the Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens located 1/2 mile away including pools and hot tubs, and business center.
The unit was simply fantastic! The apartment was very well appointed---nicely furnished and everything brand new and modern. The beds were super comfy with top notch linens (I tend to be particular) and lots of pillows. It's located above the Springdale Visitor Center and very convenient to the town shuttle which takes you up to the Zion National Park Visitor center and its shuttle into the park. There are lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The outdoor space looked beautiful although we were unable to use it because of terrible noise and fumes from road paving just below but that should be finished in next week or so. Springdale was a lovely town and next time we hope to stay longer!!
We stayed here in March and were thrilled at its easiest access to Zion National Park and the bus lines. The condo was top notch with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and magnificent views. There was construction on the main road to and from the park but, overall it was a perfect place for a family of four.
Modern interior design and amenities make this condo a luxurious stay. Walkable to grocery store and many restaurants. Located right by shuttle to Zion Park. Outside deck was lovely with nice views of mountains, however, quite a bit of road construction in March 2018 made for a noisy time.
The apartment was beautifully outfitted and in a perfect location to enjoy the National Park. The booking process was easy and communication with the owner was quick. We could walk to restaurants and drive easily (except for the road construction 11/17) to the park entrance to catch the park shuttle on the weekend and into the park during the week. We made use of the washer and dryer and the beautiful rooftop terrace and cooked several nights in the well equipped kitchen. The apartment was spacious and comfortable!
Clean property. 8 members from my family stayed here during thanks giving. Fantastic views, good amenities and proximity to shops etc. very close to Zion park visitor center and shuttles.
There was no stocked Kleenex or bar soap but everything else was perfection
