Our home is located on the extensive canal system with direct, no lock access to the river and gulf. Feel free to use our dock and boat lift during your rental.

About Crystal Bakker

After raising our children in Minnesota we decided to pick up and leave the cold behind. In 2005 we relocated to Cape Coral, FL. We fell in love with the area and after a few years decided to buy another home on our street to use for visiting guests and a vacation rental. After that went so well we continued purchasing homes to use for vacationers and now own two homes and a condo at Cape Harbour Marina all available for rentals. We are often home just down the street and available to help with any emergencies that might arise. If we are unavailable we have a great handyman and cleaning service to help out in a pinch.

Beautiful home!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for! Especially with the blue-green algae advisory, the pool was the highlight of our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival. The owners were great and fast with responding to emails. The town is also extremely cute. Very pleased!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

We stayed at Cape Kiaboa over the Memorial weekend. The house was spacious, clean and had everything that you may need. Conveniently located both via water and land. Supermarket, gas station, and a few other stores are close enough to the house that you could bike or walk there. There is a marina with fuel service on your way out, no need to navigate out of your way to refuel. There was a doggie door going out to the patio which we enjoyed watching our Yorkie trying to figure it out. Once we got home, my husband realized that he had left his wallet at the house. I quickly sent an email to Crystal and sure enough they found it. Not only that, but Sandra went to the post office and send it to us the next day. I want to thank both Sandra and Crystal for their quick replies and all their help. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Nice location (if you plan on staying in Cape Coral)

My husband and I decided to take a quick mini vacation to look at industrial and residential properties as we are thinking about moving a business and relocating there to Cape Coral.

We really love how it's close to shopping and we did a little bit of site seeing around the Cape Harbor (about a block away).

The house was set up nice as the master bathroom is on the left side and 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms are on the right side. The house is clean, but a little outdated (which isn't a big deal). The kitchen was big enough to cook in (if you had to) and the lanai/pool area was nice too. We really enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the Florida room. I feel this was a good deal seeing that hotels in the area were more expensive as we had my husbands mother with us. I would definitely consider renting this house again if we go there with other people again!

Also, beware if you go into another city ie, the beach, you will keep paying a $2 one way toll to get back into Cape Coral.
