About this property

Respectful guests please come enjoy our cozy beach house! Only 200 steps to the beach and 4 blocks from the main street of Cocoa Beach.

This is a 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home and has a swimming pool, nice fenced in yard. We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels. The stove, hot water heater, and clothes dryer all run off of a gas propane tank.

Unless we are traveling, we will meet with our guests at some point during their stay. We live 20 min away so we are available throughout the stay if needed.

This home is conveniently located just 4 blocks away from Cocoa Beach main street, where many fun restaurants and cute shops are located. This home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach!

Cocoa Beach has a great public transport system. There is also the Cocoa Beach Trolley. Every numbered street in town has a beach access parking lot that has metered parking spaces. There are several parking lots in town with metered spaces and there is free on-street parking. There is a new parking garage on 1st Street South.

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am Do not touch pool valves or heater. We do have a camera above them. $100 fee if tampered with.

Absolutely no food or glass near or in the pool. Shower in the outdoor shower after the Beach. Do not get in the pool or house showers full of sand.

Doors and windows need to remain closed while air conditioner is on.

Wonderful house

This house has everything you need and it’s so beautiful. The pool is a great addition and the landscaping makes it all very private. The owner was very nice and always answered any question we had, promptly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location

Thank you to the hosts, the property was fantastic! We had a great stay, easy walk DT Cocoa Beach and to the beach itself. I would happily stay here again.
