Welcome to the listing of our beautiful Wood Hill Lane property!
We specialize in providing furnished and non-furnished housing in Atlanta and it’s surrounding metro areas, and currently serve various clients working and vacationing in Atlanta.
The Wood Hill Lane home is a beautiful and newly renovated home, fully furnished, located in East Point GA, very accessible by freeways and just 13 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 18 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia Dome, and in close proximity many local attractions (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia).
This is a 5 Bedroom (5 Beds) home with 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, a finished Basement Level with a pool table and a 2-car Car Port. It also has a nice private backyard including a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ gas grill. This property sleeps 10 people.
The layout is as follows (see video link):
1. The Main Level consists of a Master King Bedroom with TV and private full Bathroom (shower), two Queen Bedrooms, a full Hallway Bathroom (combination tub/shower) with granite counter-top, a large Formal Living Room with large windows overlooking the side and backyard, a Family Room with Office Space, a Kitchen and a Dining Room Area both with granite counter-tops. The Main Level can sleep up to 6 guests.
2. The Finished Basement Level consists of 1 large Queen Bedroom with Office Area, 1 smaller Queen Bedroom, 1 full Bathroom (walk-in shower) with access to the smaller Bedroom and to the open Living Room Area with high-top dining table and a pool table as well as a Storage/Laundry Area. The Finished Basement Level can sleep up to 4 guests.
The home includes comfortable beds and clean linens, wash cloths and towels provided for your stay. All Bathrooms include soap and shampoo, and the Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware and kitchen appliances (microwave, coffee maker/ tea pot). There are comfortable couches, dining table & chairs, and more. A Laundry Area with washer and dryer is located in the Basement Level. On each level there is a TV with Cable and there is one DVD player at the property as well as a TV in the Master Bedroom. It also has a beautiful private backyard including a patio, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ gas grill - perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Please note that rates include all Utilities and Property Services (Water, Power, Gas, Sewer, Trash Service, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, and Pool/Hot Tub Service (if applicable), an estimated value of $400 - $600 per month).
Any additional utility or services can be added and included in long term rents as well, thereby making the house conveniently move-in ready without any need for preparation prior to arrival (i.e. Maid Service/Housekeeping).
Please note that pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by the Management Company in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $200/pet as well as a higher Refundable Damage Deposit, some verification and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules are required. Any evidence of unapproved pets will result in the forfeiture of the Refundable Damage Deposit.

Very spacious and close to many attractions. Great location for Atlanta.
We had a great Bachelorette weekend. The property accommodate all of us and great with location for our planned agenda of activities. Travel time to each location was excellent considering Atlanta traffic.

It was ok could have been a lil better
The bed had stains on it, there were no good pool sticks, the basement is very cold at night and the space heater did not work, other than the strict check-in;check-out times the house was perfect. Every room in the house is spacious and the digital code lock came in very handy. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors even helped us jump our car battery and give us valuable information about the city.. Felt very safe at the house and in the area. Short drive to every where,
The vacation home was great. Had problems getting the cable to work in the front room and the downstairs is 15° degrees colder so extra blankets is a must

The property was great! My husband, child and I would love to stay in this home for future visits. It was only 4 of us staying during this visit but this home is perfect for larger families. The only issue I had during my stay(our fault) was my husband accidentally tripping the alarm-But the manager answered immediately and the police came out to check pretty quick as well. loved the home will look for this management company for future visits in the area. As this property sleeps 10 in beds, an additional charge of $25.00 per person per duration of your stay will be assessed for each guest and visitor in addition over 10. If a pet is explicitly approved prior to arrival, a Pet Fee of $200/pet (non-refundable) as well as a higher Refundable Damage Deposit, some verification and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules are required. Bookings for 30 nights or more require a higher Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 which will be edited in the quote after your inquiry. All utilities and property services are included in the rates (Water, Power, Gas, Sewer, Trash Service, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, and Pool/Hot Tub Service (if applicable), an estimated value of $400 - $600 per month). HOME DAMAGE WAIVER – Each guest will be offered an optional Damage Waiver that protects you against unintended damage done to the Property that occurs during your stay, provided that they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. This is not insurance, and the Damage Waiver does not apply to intentional damage done by the Guest or your guests, or excessive wear and tear due to parties, smoking, pets or otherwise, or additional cleaning charges due to stains or spills, or fines incurred by the police or HOA due to noise, excessive trash, or damage over the amount of $1500. Please note that the Home Damage Waiver is a fee, and not refundable. If Guest does not wish to purchase this Damage Waiver, a security deposit of $1,500, $3,000, or greater depending on Property will be required at the time of booking.
