Clean and sunny, this 1 bedroom with a king bed and a super-plush queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room easily sleeps 4. This recently refurbished unit has Wifi, cable and underground heated parking. Leave your car parked in the garage and walk to all of the great shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs...

  • Yes, it has a bathroom too. No tub but a rather large shower. We'll provide towels, shampoo and soap. Breckenridge is pretty dry, especially in the winter. Drink a boatload of water and moisturize! Thankfully the grocery store sells lotion should you forget (or maybe TSA borrows it)

  • We stuffed the biggest, most comfortable bed we could find in here since you'll need the best sleep possible after spending all day outside. I do want to mention that if you're a very light sleeper, you may not have the best stay. This is an end unit next to a street and you will occasionally hear a truck or bus. Also, you may get some noise from the adjacent stairwell if people are heavy-footed or they slam the door. I consider myself to be a light sleeper and brought up a white-noise machine to help with this. I will occasionally wake up but fall right back asleep. It's not bad but I don't want you to be surprised by anything here. Hope that makes sense.

Great location for Breckenridge visit

My wife and I decided on a quick trip to Breckenridge. We had made several ski trips there, but had never been there in the fall. I looked for a place within walking distance of historic downtown and found this property. The reviews were good, so we decided to go with it. It was a great choice. The condo was well stocked with all necessities, clean, and in a great location. We walked everywhere we needed to go, including the grocery store right across the street. Hiking trails were reachable without having to move our car. All info regarding the condo was well communicated. Jon was great and even performed some computer magic and reprogrammed the door lock to allow us to check in early. Coupled with perfect timing for the fall aspen color change, the trip was a big success. I absolutely recommend this property to others.

Absolutely perfect!

The location was perfect. The size of the condo, for two, was perfect. Creature comforts were perfect. The only reason for not giving five stars was the bedroom has no windows and no air circulation. We like to wake with the sun and we couldn't tell. I would highly suggest a ceiling fan. Other than that we loved it!!

The unit is beautifully updated inside. Super cozy weekend getaway.

What a great spot! We parked our car and didn't drive it for 2 days. It's one block off Main St. so walk 2 minutes and you're in the middle of town. Or hop on your bike and in 20 minutes catch the Peaks Trwil- one of the most epic Mtn bike trails around.

The only thing to be aware of is that the walls are thin. If you're a light sleeper it could be a problem. However, there is a white noise machine that will certainly drown out the footsteps on the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is easy if you're not up for eating out. I'll be back for sure!

Condo was tastefully decorated & very clean, will all necessary amenities. Location of the condo was great......we were close to a grocery, all shopping, restaurants, trails & gondola. So happy this is where we chose to stay!

Comfy place, great location

I suspect this is the nicest condo in the building. Very well decorated and very comfortable. It's not the largest space, but it's plenty for 2-3 people. And you can't beat the location -- we were able to walk to just about everywhere in town. We'll be back here every time we come to Breck.

Our place is close to everything! Less than a block to Main street and many outstanding restaurants. ~2 maybe 3 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, 1 block to the bus stop (French & Jefferson) that would take you to the gondola (about a 10 min walk). There is a great little grocery across the street as well as a liquor store.

Park your car in the garage (limited space) and walk everywhere!
