3 Bedroom - 2 bath New Custom Coach home

Enjoy everything that Treviso Bay has to offer in a brand new customized one level coach home. As the owner and interior designer, we wanted to provide our guests with a warm, inviting living environment that is also upscale and current. We have a very large master bedroom, with a king bed, two custom closets and a master bath with soaking tub, double sinks and separate shower. Our two additional bedrooms are conveniently located on the other side of the house. One queen bedroom is decorated with a little bling and one room with 2 twin beds is decorated in a fun, nautical theme. Both bedrooms share a full bath in the hall. We also have a laundry room with normal sized washer and dryer plus an over sized attached garage. We consider our lanai simply an extension of the indoor space and is furnished for relaxing and entertaining. We love sitting on our two swivel chairs with morning coffee overlooking the natural preserve behind us. It's a beautiful, private setting. Why did we buy in Treviso Bay ? The people are friendly and the options for activity are endless. The fitness center, exercise classes and Spa are awesome. There is biking, golf , swimming and walking right out the front door. We are 15 minutes to Marco Island and Old Naples - where there are beaches, restaurants and shopping galore. We are also close to super markets and outlet shopping. Please note that although golfing is available at a daily rate at Treviso Bay and nearby courses, we do not have deeded golf that can be transferred. All other amenities are at your disposal.

Your hosts, Louise and Larry Decker both grew up in NE Philadelphia, lived in Bucks county for over 20 years, owned homes in Spring Lake, NJ for over 15 years and now are loving life on the Manasquan River. We also own rental properties in Spring Lake, NJ and Stowe, VT which are listed on VRBO. We are both avid Cross-Country Skiers & Tennis players. We enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, cooking, entertaining and sharing our homes . Louise is a Full time Realtor in Spring Lake, NJ. Dr Larry Decker is an author of two books on Cardiac Psychology and continues to consult to the Corporate world as an executive coach and Psychologist. We have a daughter who is a successful Illustrator and a son who is currently working in Sales at Gartner, an IT company, in Fort Meyers, FL .

Why Louise Decker chose Naples

We were looking for a property on the gulf side in Florida with beautiful sunsets and a vacation vibe. We knew we found the right place when we walked into the pool area and saw how much people were enjoying themselves - swimming, reading, relaxing, hanging out with friends, etc. As tennis players, we were impressed with the tennis facilities and quickly connected with good players in afternoon round robin's plus everyday there was a drill & play or some way to draw us onto the courts. Golf is not an activity we do but in addition to the possibility of playing for a fee at Treviso Bay, our friends say there are plenty of area courses and variety in the vicinity. Naples is a great city - lots of restaurants, beach combing, shopping, music and plenty of things to do. Marco Island is also closeby and there is plenty to do there as well.

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with Treviso Bay because of the amenities and the friendly atmosphere. We also appreciated the variety in property options - there are 2 bedroom condo's, Coach homes and private home's in the million dollar range. There are multiple pools and the community center will be awesome when completed by January 2017.

The home is beautiful and incredibly functional. We had a great time both in the home and taking advantage of the many amenities of Treviso Bay. The owners were great to work with and provided a detailed manual about the house and the area. The property is in a great location where walking and biking are very easy and fun. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

Treviso Bay is a destination resort to us - we purchased in this community because of the many activities and amenities that are available on site. We have a large tennis facility with a professional tennis pro available for private or group lessons, beautiful pools throughout the community with the primary pool within 3 blocks of our property. This pool offers poolside service, restaurant, sandy beach, waterfall, lap pool, fire pits, etc. The "new" community and Golf center ( grand opening January ) will offer additional restaurants and social activities. Marco Island is 15 minutes away and Old Naples is also within 15 minutes. Great restaurants and shopping! We have a Zoo, Wild Preserves and plenty of sight seeing, beach and water sport activities.
