Why Matt Tolooee chose Platt Park

Our home is a gambrel styled bungalow built in 1901, sitting just one block from historic Pearl Street. This 3 bedroom, 1500 sq ft home boasts hardwood floors, an original brick wall, and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom is set up with a full-size bunk bed and trundle to accommodate extra guests. All bedrooms have full closets, soft white sheets and fluffy duvets. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers. Washer and dryer are available for your use. There is private parking for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. The fully fenced back yard has a deck, shade from the huge American Elm, and plenty of room for enjoying the evening.

Fun neighborhood!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the bungalow for three nights during a college visit. The communication with the owner and manager before and during our visit was excellent and absolutely no problem getting in upon our arrival. The house itself is immaculate and very spacious with clean, modern attractive decor. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms, linens, etc. are well stocked. The location was great with a number of dining and coffee places only a block away and Whole Foods within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental and we will definitely stay here in the future.

Great home; great location

Great place and perfect location near S. Pearl Street and U of Denver. Older home but very clean and comfortable. Owners were great to work with and very responsive to any questions. Plan to stay there again when visiting our son at UD.

This was a perfect place for our thanksgiving stay. A home away from home with lovely furnishing , decor and comfy linens. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking or just enjoying coffee or glass of wine .

A lovely home in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for five days, joined for the last days by our son, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. We rent vacation homes often and found this to be one of the nicest in decor and amenities we've ever rented. The location couldn't be better - we took the light rail into downtown Denver many times, but also enjoyed the restaurants just in the next block on Pearl Street. The interstate is just a few blocks away if you rent a car at the airport - but some in our party took the light rail in from the airport, which works great as well.
